I never stated that Kelsey Plum was the GOAT.
I wanted Caitlin to lose last year and this year to LSU. Wanted her to lose against UCONN and South Carolina, as documented in this thread.
Caitlin's a great scorer and WNBA players are hating on her success and the attention that she's getting. It's natural and to be expected.
Yes much of the media attention that she's getting is because she's white. But when I speak on her, I'm talking about her skills on the basketball court and that's it.

Days after going after Iowa's Caitlin Clark about her upcoming WNBA career, former UConn star Diana Taurasi shifted her vitriol toward another women's college basketball superstar, LSU's Angel Reese, who made a goodbye hand gesture to one of the teams the Tigers recently beat in the NCAA Tournament.
Taurasi didn't take kindly to Reese's gamemanship and tried to make a joke about the footage.
"Wave bye-bye to your own career," Taurasi said during the latest episode of The Bird & Taurasi Show.
Taurasi was corrected by Bird in the next segment after she was told Reese was in fact turning pro and entering the 2024 WNBA Draft. Taurasi wasn't aware that Reese had declared after losing to Iowa in the Elite Eight.
"My bad," Taurasi said.
Yes all three are hating. Especially Sheryl Swoopes.
And Woodward sounded bitter as hell too.
It's a shame to see grown ass women hating on the young players.

It's perfectly fine to hate when the $$$ is rolling in.
But these same wnba oldheads who was steady crying about low pay, inadequate facilities, and flying commercial flights are now hating on the player who could potentially shift the wnba into a financiall stable sports leagues.
I'd be the equivalent of the NBA vets hating on Magic/Bird in the 80s while previously having most of all the games shown on tape delay.
If I was a wnba player, I'd support Clark every chance I get. More viewers = more ppl to show my talents = better tv deal in the next CBA.

Women are emotional beings. These broads been making 40K to play bball the last 25 years, seeing 22 and 23 year olds make millions in college and getting all the attention and credited for pushing the game forward is more than they can handle.
