I think you may be comparing them to modern boob jobs. In the late 90's early 00's those were considered nice.

if you are independent and go gold, platinum, multi platinum under your own umbrella and are known whether by 6-7 fig cult following you are a rapper.. look at people like e-40 his success just in Cali alone puts him in that category

youtube has over a billion followers.. so that’s a huge demographic right there.. so if you make millions just off of YouTube and selling content such as movies yes you can be a movie star.. To be fair there’s very few porn “Stars”. We just say porn star meaning that they were in adult films. Every porn performer doesn’t get that title but she was pretty popular so it fits.
