It has been a slow and gradual consistent weight loss but now it is shockingly sped up.
No movie calls for 3 years worth of weight loss.
In Civil War he was looked 20 lbs heavier than in Black Panther. In Black Panther he was 20lbs heavier than in Infinity War.
In Infinity War he was 20lbs heavier than in End Game. In End Game he was 20lbs heavier than in 21 Bridges.
