I don't really watch but honestly neither seem like a good fit.

Charlemagne and Envy seem to have their way with either and seem to block them out to interact with each other too much.

They need a female who can stand up to them and won't allow herself to be drowned out. I thought Jess could be that but apparently not.

I aint watch since Yee left.
It was a good show when charla was charla but after them allegations he been mental health and pc as fuck.

Yee was the perfect fit because she she had more industry experience and relationships than both of them. She was witty af and would aslo bring some her raunchy talk from lip service over sometimes. Alsoshe was cute(to me).

Envy was the beating stick and also had industry relationships so he was comfortable with the guests.

they just left them to solve everything by themselves
and ctg or even envy was leading the team right
both loren and jess didnt know what was going on and felt the same way jess just expressed on the net

I get what you are saying but just getting paid doesn't last long. Eventually, you get fired. Especially if the opinion is you don't add value true or not. Lauren's performance/improvement should have pushed Jess to take it more seriously and step up. Audition Lauren isn't current day Lauren.

I don't know how much pull Charlemagne has but this situation proves all of that mental health shit is just talk. What good does it do if you can't apply what you been working on to different aspects of your life and simply read the room. Even if he doesn't have pull, he's still seen as a leader by both and should work to resolve issues. Everything shouldn't be promo.

Also, people need to stop saying it's just the internet. It can impact people's lives. People literally lose their jobs over things they do or comments. Even if Charlemagne believe that, everyone isn't built like him.

the thing is the last vid i posted loren felt the same way
ctg and envy are fools for not controlling the show
at the end of the day bfc is envy and ctg u cant just let someone come in
and say figure it out lol it all will hurt the brand
they should have kept it in house agreed but this was mismanaged by ctg

Dealing with New York State Division of Human Rights or the New York State Department of Labor's Division of Labor Standards because of some type of maternity leave complaint.

Jess needed her agent and or manager to address this to HR DIRECTLY PRIVATELY and TRUST there would have apologies, raises, maybe her own show.

This street corner dog & pony show is great for clicks views likes and YouTube response videos.

Jess is handling this wrong.

i agree this should have been handled behind the scenes
but even loren who felt the same way as Jesse didnt know what to do and
she was just going with the flow being frustrated herself.
