Unfortunately, you got laid off in October and have fallen behind on some of your bills including your rent. You have been living in the same building for about 8 years now and your landlord Ms. Kapoor is usually understanding, and has always given you an opportunity to allow you to "catch up" in the past, but this time things might be different.
Initially, she wants to know when you might be able to pay her the back rent that you owe, in addition, do you have any experience as a carpenter, plumber or electrician? You explained that you didn't have any such skills.
You could see in her eyes that she was disappointed, and you were almost sure she was going to try to evict you, but then a wicked smile came across her face.
She said you have a very athletic build and I assume you have a lot of stamina, come to my apartment around 8:00 PM tonight and we will talk about this some more (apparently, you found out that Ms. Kapoor has a lot of stamina also).

Most of the College are currently on "Winter Recess," and your next door neighbor's daughter Megha has been home enjoying her time off from school also (Megha currently lives with her mother, but attends the University of Georgia).
Although, the Das family has lived next door to you for several years, you noticed that Megha has become a bit more "friendlier" since she started attending school in Georgia (you obviously can't ask her why, but you have a feeling that she's been receiving some "Southern hospitality").

You loaned her one and in about 30 minutes she came back over to return it to you and then started asking you some very strange questions and wanted to know if you still date younger women?
You weren't sure where this conversation was going and Megha got tired of dropping hints and decided to drop other things since you weren't picking up what she was putting down.
