I thought text messages were saved on a server somewhere for a good length of time.
Yeah the prosecuters were able to recover some of the deleted text messages...but not all of them
They didn't really specify if they recovered the deleted texts directly from her cell phone
Or by going to (AT&T or Verizon or T-Mobile) servers to recover them
Also, she was using snapchat, so they were not able to recover most of those snapchat pics

Yea I had noticed that. If they knew Amber had nothing to hid they would have been glad to show her apartment right away and show the similarity. But with the things going on in America and I am mainly speaking for us blacks. No white can tell me shit about being black. But with the things going on and have always been going on we would have to be very asleep to think we are free. Other countries being bullied and robbed by America actually say America got to dumbest people in the world. They will believe anything their government tells them. Most service providers retain messages on their servers for varying (short) periods of time in order to save space on their servers & keep their “bandwidth costs” at a minimum. Some ISPs only keep (backup) copies of text messages for a few hours. Some keep them a few days. It varies.
The Snapchat App keeps “unopened” txt messages on their servers for up to 30 days before automatically deleting them. But it also deletes any pics & videos IMMEDIATELY after they are opened the first time.
That’s why the Prosecutor didn’t have the pics... but since they deleted the messages from their phones, they had to pull them from the ISP servers. (The ISP that still had copies of them, that is.)
They don’t have them all.... but the Prosecutor probably has MORE than the few they showed during the opening statements.
Assist. The start of the trial was delayed this morning because one of the jurors told the Court that she had a ‘professional relationship’ with the lead investigator. She said she knew the Cop from working with him in the past, somehow.
It was David Armstrong, the black Texas Ranger who testified at the very end of the day yesterday. (They showed his body cam footage of when he entered Botham’s apartment 2 days after the shooting.) At least she didn’t wait a few days before speaking up, which could have caused a mistrial. She told them as soon as she had the first opportunity to do so, after court session was finished for the day.
So the judge was questioning her in her Chambers this morning about the nature / extent of their relationship, to determine whether or not if she needs to be replaced by an alternate.

It's a man fault for reacting to an uninvited person in his own home is the reason he got shot.

The problem with that is it is two side to every story. She got rid of the only person that knew exactly what happened. We know the story according to Amber or her version. The witness said after the two shots she heard Jean say why did you do that?

Btw, the juror was not removed. It's been confirmed by Reporters.
Nah, the judge kept the juror... and just got rid of the Cop instead.
This fucking Sambo Cop had the nerve to say that "in his expert opinion he doesn't think that Amber Guyger did anything wrong.... and he also didn't think she should be charged with ANY crimes whatsoever".
But the BIG problem with him saying that today is.... HE himself was the Lead Investigator who WROTE THE WARRANT for Manslaughter, just 3 days after the shooting, last year.
So he actually DID think she committed a crime last year.... (or had probable cause to get a warrant).... but now a year later... he thinks she never committed any crimes.

I was so disappointed by his testimony and knew the case was over especially it those statements were coming from lead investigator. Im so glad when i found out the jury were not in the room and then his statements will not be allowed to be heard.
