Low key had a few very serious complex roles that were not well known
Dean Cain is half asian too...

my point is that his acting is stiff
even though i love the Matrix
it wasn't his acting that made the movies
it was the cutting edge fight scenes
he is not a Christian Bale
in other words he is not
an actor that immerses himself in the character for a year
hell Bruce Wayne is a sociopath
and the smartest member of the justice league
he's crazy like my bitch

Put me on to some Keanu Reeves movies that I should watch. Mind you, be very careful. I ain't got time to waste, so if it's borderline don't even tell me. But, if it's truly good stuff put me on to some Keanu Reeves movies that I might have missed where he was a serious actor and could pull off a serious acting role (I liked both John Pick movies, didn't see 3 yet)

That was a good cartoon. Which proves it can be done.
But DC/Warner wants to recreate that Nolan magic...best we can do is see if the Animation department decides to make it a line.
I would have Paul Dini write the script too.

Actors would KILL to play that version on Batman.
And the role actually has alot of real acting moments OUTSIDE the costume.
It would never happen but they should get george miller.
In fact you could use this movie to fix ALL the previous films IF DC still wants some kind of continuity.

My idea?
They should do the Flash movie
Team up style with cyb
Do flashpoint.
Merge the cinematic and tv universes
So you can fully incorporate the multiverse scenerio.
So ALL the movies happened.
Just not in the same universe.
So they can still do stand alone films
AND cheat...
use the Monitor use the Flash use Darkseid etc as the only constant.
Now you can do both bring back keaton and even afflack
But introduce legion of super heros justice league dark etc.
That way you can still make lower budget films specific to genres without messing any over arching story if you want to go that route.

I grew up with his movies so i seen sone bad ones but his performance was good
To me my private idaho rivers edge a scanner darkly and Constantine were great performances
Just off top, but you gotta be a real movie head who appreciates all that stuff. My taste is diverse as hell. And there actors like walken who can do no wrong no matter WHAT.
So to me?
I always say cast it the best you can. Do the work and lets see.
I always liked hugh Jackman from day one when people HATED him. Same for when Stewart was cast a Picard... people HATED him.
So again i can see Keanu playing a VERSION of Bats that would be very entertaining. But i could also see people hating it.
I liked Ben, Clooney and Kilmer too
So I may not be what the masses want to decide.
I don't hate Keanu. He can/I'd often a bit too robotic for my tastes as an actor. That can be a good thing, in John Wick, him being robotic worked, same with his signature role The Matrix. However, I cannot top of the head remember many roles where that wasn't him.
