I know I am beating a dead horse but it comes down to defense. Can they stop anyone? It’s hard to win giving up so many yards and points
UCLA is probably not doable. UCLA as the 11th ranked defense in the country and the 19th ranked offense. So they are top 20 on defense and offense.
UCLA has a great secondary so this game can get ugly as they are massive in the trenches.
Basically look at which team as the weakest defense. Washington st has a poor defense and that game looks interesting

Yeah I kept looking at the stats and the Buffs ranked dead last in just about every meaningful defensive stat. I keep telling people it is difficult to get wins when you can’t get stops and your offense has not rhythm because they can’t get on the field.
Arizona state and Stanford were horrible on offense and defense. With those teams being so bad on offense, you figured the Buffs defense could get stops and the Buffs offense could score without much resistance.
UCLA has a top 20 defense and offense. 11th ranked defense and 19 ranked offense. They are massive in the trenches so the Buffs don’t match up with UCLA.
Now Washington st has a horrible defense and that is one game they can steal
