Something I notice during the game Thursday

This thread went as the game went

Early on there were plenty giggles and comments. The first half was exciting. Once things got smoothed out it was hush mouth. Then a hand full of laughs towards the end

They have the same issues they had last season. Offensively their o-line needs to get drastically better quickly. If not Nebraska will run Colorado out of the building.

Their online was getting pushed back to easily. In my opinion, your offensive line should be organic and come from high school. And you only get one or two portal guys to round out the depth.

Made when you listen and read some folks comments and concerns, I see why folks say not everyone needs to have an opinion

I gave the offensive line a C-. They will need to improve quickly or it will get ugly Saturday. Nebraska is stout upfront so they need to be ready.

All the concerns I seen were legitimate concerns. On Colorado’s main football board. They are concerned also.

You can’t go around and say people can’t have opinions. That’s apart of being a fan. The people who are concerned just want the best for the team and talking about issues makes the conversations great.

The tight end that left after the 1st spring game, didn’t play last year

Didn’t do anything in week 1

My husband gifted me a trip to Boulder for their season opener. All due to content creators; Especially Thee Pregame Show. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think that we would pay $500 for seats in the nosebleed section. This doesn’t include the airline tickets, hotel, rental car, restaurants, etc. we came on Thursday and left on Sunday. We used Uber twice because we used a covered parking garage over 2 miles away (my husband has a medical boot on his leg) We went to downtown Boulder on Saturday and explored their walkable mall. We deliberately let the shop owners know that we were there from Arkansas to attend the game. It was great and I recommend it!

Penalties was a huge difference in this game

I think they came on 3rd downs, that led to point maybe 13 points… game easily could’ve been 31 to 13

@Mask I don't blame any of those players for leaving and hope for their success. Football is their primary shot and they have a small window. None of those players were guaranteed playing time. With all of the transfers at RB, Charlie Offendahl got the most carries. I'm starting to question the coaching. I highly suspect that Prime's primary motivation is showcasing his sons. This is why both of the Offensive and Defensive coordinators have been specialists at his sons' positions. That audible at the end of the game was one of the most selfish decisions that I have seen a QB make.

I don’t have a problem with players leaving. I’m just highlighting a couple players that I like.

I’ve seen it be said dude is doing this to showcase his kids. Personally I find that laughable, these dudes are who their are at this point. Honestly as smart as Shilo is, I feel he can use work.

As, we don’t know who Prime reached out to that wasn’t interested or received a bigger cash from another school.
I was hoping Chip Kelly would’ve be hired(that’s just me).

The play was definitely a mistake, I ain’t disagreeing with that at all. Shedeur even owned up to that.
His logic during pre snap, you giving the best wideout on the team one on one coverage….He had to take that, but that won’t happen again.

Penalties apart of the game homie can't not count them and the pts ppl score off them

My NY Jets was one of the most penalized teams in the league so I know alot about costly penalties

Lmao you’re damn right. you can get off the field only for a flag to keep the drive going, which result in points is rough….

A while back I was telling everyone I was genuinely confused about their recruiting efforts.

I'm heavily involved with these young athletes down here in South Florida, running my program. It was strange because I didn't see a single Colorado coach. A lot of top talent wanted to go to Colorado, they received offers, but no visits from the staff, not even from Prime.

My own family member, a 4-star recruit, wanted to go to Colorado. He ended up decommitting and going to Georgia Tech. I'm the one who took him to meet Prime. Prime is different in person, surprisingly quiet and chill. The visit was really good, but you didn't get the feeling he needed you. That's the feeling many high school recruits got. Now we know that he prefers portal players.

Nebraska's gonna be a tough one, a real test. They've recruited well and they're stout in the trenches. We will see how talented the Buffs really are

Yeah they are still very undisciplined. Something they need to clean up.

1st game is like a pre season

How did they compare with other teams getting penalized?
I am not sure what other teams did penalty wise. But Colorado again was playing undisciplined football.

That’s the most annoying thing in football
