Shedeur still goes no.1 but he needs to go with a QB guru or someone in the offseason about taking unnecessary sacks and to see that checkdowns are not bad.

I would go with Cam Ward as #1 QB. That's just my opinion. Shedeur is clutch when he has time, but if you pressure his ass he will fold.

I don’t think Shedeur will be a high pick. He is accurate when he has time, but he has no pocket awareness, not athletic, very selfish, regularly makes poor decisions under pressure and plays primarily from Shotgun. Deon did everything possible for Shedeur to look good. Got the best receiving corps, threw every down, got a pro style coordinator, and he criticized everyone else whenever Shedeur didn’t play well.

I highly suspect that his sons are Deon’s primary motivation to coach.

he keeps looking for the big play and not taking what the defense gives him. I also agree with the last statement and when his contract is over, he will retire from coaching. Will be curious to see what @Mask has to say about all this.

I think he is definitely a high draft choice tho

Just got back from the hospital had to get them wounds Stitched up BYU caused….

I enjoyed the game even tho it wasn’t in our favor….

The service was horrible in the Dome, which was the reason I didn’t post during the game…

I didn’t watch nothing on BYU all season. So I didn’t know much about them but the stuff Deion was stressing during the press conferences. Everything they said was correct. They are a really good team….

I’m say this I didn’t feel good when Ralphie was feeling it. The damn mascot was acting like she was ready to get back to Colorado:lol:

The damn Bison was jogging around

Mannnn them NFL teams understand when college teams have offensive line issues. They know that cause qb’s to get pressured.

We know dude look for the big play but that’s what his offense is kinda geared to.

my peeps said mannn Shedeur running for his life…

Dude could’ve even look to his second option at times

I’ve been saying for awhile that Shadeur’s lack of pocket awareness will hamper him in the NFL. Yesterday, he took a lot of sacks, but could’ve taken 10 more because on several plays, D-Ends were breathing down his neck and were a step away from sacking him but he evaded by a half a second. In the NFL he will get sacked 99% of the time because the D-Line are much faster. Neither Shilo nor Shadeur took their pops speed. I doubt Deion got them in track.

A good QB coach will hopefully correct it, because his accuracy is great and he reads the field well.

The play calling wasn’t great last nite…but the defense wasn’t giving the wideouts nothing…

Yesterday probably was a nite to force feed Trav to be honest.

The ball that Jimmy dropped that got picked Trav probably would’ve caught that

That one on one that Sheppard didn’t get, Trav probably would’ve been a catch…

I think he was concerned with his completion percentage. Plenty of times he could have thrown the ball away but instead took the sack. IMO the line gets a bad rap. Colorado threw the ball so often that teams can key on the pass. They also threw out of shotgun because of Shedeur. I think Shedeur is going to be garbage in the NFL and Deon will try to blame the team.

Going to be interesting to see what happens. I think he's going to be fine because these things are fixable. Based on what I'm seeing, maybe he shouldn't start year one. If he goes to the Raiders, he will be able to work with Brady and get that out of him. I dont know who his QB coaches are but I've been seeing the same thing throughout this season and last season. I dont think he will be garbage. Like I said, these things are fixable, but he might need to come into a situation like NE with Drake Maye and sit for a couple of games. If Teddy Bridgewater wasn't coaching, I think he would be a good QB to learn under. People are going to be rooting for his downfall. There will be more people that hate on him because of his last name and the "preferential" treatment (see Bronny James) he has received but Shedeur is a good QB and has potential to be great, but he's going to have to make adjustments during the offseason.

As far as Shilo is concerned, he might be a day 3 pick. Dude needs to stop trying to make the big hit and tackle. I've seen this happen too much when he's been in the game.

Shedeur will prob benefit more from a different scheme in the NFL. The NFL coach will build on his strengths and minimize his weaknesses. To me him holding the ball too long is on the scheme and some is on him too. Deion was setting him up for failure trying to get him stats chunking the ball almost every play.
