You have two basically incompetent pilots.
The guy was a SIM instructor for years, only flew that flight to make some extra money.
And this chick entire history to get her flight wings is sketchy is why they ain't wanna release the info on them.
And the vid explained that if a male voice from the cockpit was talking to the tower while landing, then this chick with 2 weeks of flying had to maneuver that plane against winds oncoming to stick that landing.
You need someone with years of skill and training to be at the helm. But this company cut corners and pushed her through even with her not passing the competency to be flying a commercial airline.

She was hired last year but doc I posted above shows she had restrictions in Jan this year. Then only earned her wings to fly this month. Clearly by rhe post they made dated 2/08 this month.
And the captain was a SIM instructor.
The way the youtube vid made it sound was like he only had his pilot hours because he had so much time in the simulator.
So, these 2 white people ate DEI. That's all I care about.

He didn't have a ton of experience, but had way more than her
Seems like the female co-pilot had JUST finished all of her training
To put things in perspective.....
Think of it like when a teenager first gets their drivers license
You have to take multiple tests (written test + driving test)
During that period you get your "learners permit" first, then finally your drivers license in the mail
You can drive on your "learners permit" but there has to be someone else in the car watching you the whole time (restrictions)
So basically just last year ol girl was still under restrictions to fly commercial airplanes
She's only 26 years old
That day it was cold as shit, strong winds, & a bunch of snow already on the ground + snow blowing around in the air
But with these crazy weather conditions.....
The male PILOT thought it was a good idea to let the inexperienced female CO-PILOT try to land the plane
She should've never been put in that situation to begin with

If this is true, that is a very very bad look on the airline. On most commercial flights you usually have a very senior pilot with over a decade of experience with a rookie co-pilot. It must be highly unusual that the main pilot was in a plane crash within the same calendar year she graduated.
This is equivalent to being a patient where you need life saving surgery, but the surgeon assigned to your case just recently graduated from medical school.

She was the First Officer. But the youtube vid in the thread says she had to be doing the landing, because the male was speaking to the tower during landing, so the other person had to be in control flying.
Also the pilot in command who was the male senior officer has his seniority from being a SIM instructor. With not that many years/hours actually realtime flying. He took this flight to make some extra money.
Allegedly. Black box will reveal the truth.

Yeah there are a lot of people on social media who don't know shit
But on the flip side, there are a lot of people that actually do know a lot of shit about flying planes
It's already been leaked that SHE (the co-pilot) was the one actually flying
The most damaging evidence is that there is a clear video of the plane coming down right before impact !!!
And if it wasn't for that video being posted, Delta would've tried to spin this shit & would've tried to cover shit up every which way from Sunday
