Get on the sba website, it has a list of checks. If one of them apply to you then apply, it won't hurt you at all

Is it a sole proprietorship or an LLC? Either way, the answer is yes.
There is no harm in applying unless you falsify documents. Then there might be a problem if they pursue it. If you get turned down, then

Sure, but expect to pay it back in full when you file taxes and cannot prove the money was used to pay employees and rent.

What's crazy is that there are people charging people for this information and help to apply when it's real simple to apply. Like what's been said, the money may run out, but why not give it a shot.
