I am not here to defend or condemn Diddy. I have read thousands of indictments and this one concerns me. What bothers me here is there are no specific details...just general allegations. For instance, they name several ways sex trafficking could have been committed, but offer no specifics of what is alleged to have been done that is criminal.

Here is an example from Epstein's indictment:

with the victim's genitals. EPSTEIN typically would also masturbate during these sexualized encounters, ask victims to touch him while he masturbated, and touch victims' genitals with his hands or with sex toys."

"(Epstein).......enticed and recruited multiple minor victims, including minor victims identified herein as Minor Victim-1, Minor Victim-2, and Minor Victim-3, to engage in sex acts with EPSTEIN at his residences in Manhattan, New York, and Palm Beach, Florida, after which he provided them with hundreds of dollars in cash for each encounter. "

The AUSA (Assistant United States Attorney -prosecutor) can go to their file and readily identify Victim-1 and Victim-2, etc. THOSE ARE REAL PEOPLE, yet Diddy's indictment is just a bunch of generalities.

There is absolutely NOTHING in Diddy's indictment even close to that...as far as I remember, unless I missed it. Epstein's indictment has paragraph after paragraph of this verbiage.

I am beginning to wonder if the 'sex trafficking' charges will come down to:

"what's up hooker? We about to have another freak off....get about 10 more of your hooker friends together. You know what's up. Employee 1 will contact you to arrange air flights and payment in the usual amount. And oh, don't bring so and so, that bitch was too uptight for how we get down."

"Oh, I was already not gonna bring her anymore....lol....you know I got you Daddy....Cant' wait....and make sure there is plenty baby oil."

Now, is that sex trafficking for federal purposes, especially if the flights crossed state lines....YES it is, BUT is it what the average person thinks of when they hear sex trafficking...hell no. And if that is what it boils down to, then a WHOLE lot of 'fly a bitch out' niggas are in trouble....some famous and some not so famous and some not famous at all.

I’m not saying that Diddy is innocent. I’m saying that CACs are prematurely attacking him and all of the Black artists around him. I’m disappointed that Black folks are hopping on the bandwagon before the evidence has been presented. Hollywood has had sex parties for years. There are dozens if not hundreds of Prostitutes in LA who make a living attending Hollywood parties. I know a former Hollywood prostitute who dated Bill Maher. Her Facebook is full of pictures of her at parties with other obvious prostitutes and a whole bunch of CAC celebrities. I’m not seeing any evidence of Sean Combs having underage women and I highly doubt he forced the women to attend these parties. So far it sounds like women looking for a payday and haters looking to put more on it to destroy the brother.

Drug filled sex parties aren't federal offenses. Underage minors ATTENDING aren't federal offenses either. So I am hearing a lot about those things, but nothing about the conduct that would constitute sex trafficking or federal offenses.

Remember when Cosby got arrested, there were already actual women on tv and doing interviews and on social media saying 'let me tell you what happened to me....I was drugged and raped'.

Where are those people?
