He needs to downplay his wealth/success especially around white women that are doing general labor roles. I have made this mistake and it can cost you dearly. He needs to look like the help, not a media mogul. Many times they are forced to serve you against their will on a job, they are expecting to be dealing with white customers. I think Kobe and Michael Irvin accusers were working at hotels, general labor type of roles. I would be seen cleaning, doing your own bed, getting fresh towels, and turning down their hospitality saying you want to do it yourself.
Don't be having them serving you drinks or doing anything with you. You can really see the difference between the NBA and WNBA, where a dominate white athlete is no big issue to black male players, they will train harder. However, a dominate white female athlete, it might not go over well at all. They have a different visible response than male athletes. They are expecting to do better than us economically.
