Who said it wasn't fully done? I read it's been done but it was coming out in June once the NBA season was over. This wasn't some sort of rush job.

He was doing it because he knew he could, I’m sure he knew that him belittling players in front of the team didn’t work for every player. They talked about him screaming at them if they messed up, do you think he would’ve taken it if one of his teammates OR THE COACH jumped in his face screaming when he missed an assignment or messed up a play.
