I didn't know that he wasn't able to acquire St. Paul College. So he doesn't have a location at all for the school. And he wants to start with 300-500 students.

You know, if a person was upfront and really looking out for the people. They wouldnt have to ask for a penny, because their true love for the people will be felt and they would give because they know a person is working for the cause and not driven by cash!! 2. Expand to a kindergarten. Continue to build on the proven track record, and identify short comings and tweak the circuclum.
3. Next expand to a K to 3. Continue to expand the program. Costs will increase, but now there is a 5 year record to stand on. A boarding school will never happen. Hopefully donations and fundraisers can reduce the cost of tuition.

Nothing more, nothing less.

I also find it funny that this "document" fails to:
- List Umar's date of birth. (I mean; it lists all his aliases, but not his DOB...?)
- The # of years he attended the school/university or hours completed to achieve the degree.
- The address of the school awarding the degree.
- The contact information of the school awarding the degree.
- The serial # or verification # of the degree.
- The identity/signature or ID #of WHO verified this transaction or the existence of the degree.
(I know that MY education records/transcripts lists these things).

I have 2 degrees...there isn't any serial number on degrees.
Just the date of graduation, deans name, president name and the chancellor or other official names on it.
Which proves my point.
