I like the show but I think they're just over the top with the male nudity, they can make their point without being so graphic.
WTF happened with this show,1st was awesome and showed some nice bodies. The last 2 have been non stop gay themes and full on male nudity. It's like they hooked us in with the titties in 1st epi and now it's all dicks. One more episode but if the next one is still showing naked men I'm out.

I agree about her role. Can relate because back in the 80's at the height of the crack era, she sounded the same as the fiends of back then. Had one in the family.
But all the gay agenda is killing me.
It's just to see the story to develop into the son and dad being into the same tranny and the whole storyline behind that is just what I'm smh at. Like wtf, really?
Zendaya role as Rue, is good acting and her whole plight, but the major dilemma going on at this point and seemingly like the season will be the drama with the dad and son crap. So I can see already they will twist the story to the viewer feeling compassion for Jules and his/her story.

They're trying to hit everything on the sexual spectrum with this show, bisexual, trans, pansexual, and everything else that I don't even know the terms for. Zendaya is showing more acting talent than ever tho, that scene with Fezco outside his trap house was great acting on her part.

The most accurate thing from this entire series is the story of Kat. This is why most dudes cant get pussy and are simps in this post twitter era. He's seen Jules face and knew he was messaging her in class. She hasn't seen Tyler face and was ok with that, told Rue that.
But about realistic, I think Rue character is pretty spot on.
he said it himself when rue said the same thing...given his situation/proclivity these types of encounters are the “norm” for him...they are basically the best he can hope for
