people cheat on those things all the time...now some of them are a bit harder than others to cheat on but yeah, that been going on for yearsWow. Really?
Yes. It's a huge business.Wow. Really?
my last 2 cert exams were virtual.people cheat on those things all the time...now some of them are a bit harder than others to cheat on but yeah, that been going on for years
They ruined it because they thought putting "white" on a resume was all they needed.Right now I’m interviewing people for high level tech jobs and there aren’t enough white dudes with skills to even apply. White folks ruined the public education system and it’s biting them in the ass. Only short term solution is to import people, lol. Sad part is a lot of those h1b engineers are not good.
Thats the way it should be...some people got all these certs but don't seem to know a damn thing when its time to do workmy last 2 cert exams were virtual.
Although they were open book, i really didn't have or find a need to want to cheat.
Going to be a long four years.
I got 20 on Candace Owens coming at him when he catches major backlash and it won't mess up her money.
Wow. Really?
Show up to the job mad as hell like:

Wow that’s interesting. I never knew this, but I’ve noticed a lot of social media posts and YouTube channels popping up talking about why people should get certificates in technology.Certifications = payday in the tech field. Way more valuable than degrees in some instances. It's very easy to tell though just from the interviews if they know what the hell they're talking about or the cert is bs.
Knowing the IT field that's coming to a end soon, My ccna hasn't gotten me a job. People tell me Helpdesk and I've been lookingCertifications = payday in the tech field. LOLHow about investing in education like other shit hole countries do?

All this "tech conversation" is just gonna make things harder on people at the bottom.
yes I have that too and several others, I'm taking a trip soon to visit a few states and see my luck. You also got to keep pace with the latest/hottest certs. What's the need for a CCNA when most of these companies are moving their tech stack to the cloud? Kind of the same thing with VMWare. That cert was fire in the 00's/10's, no so much today. Isn't help desk pretty much an A+ cert? Do you have that?
I think that boils down to the fact that leaving one's country for another country is risky, and starting a business is a huge risk... So people who were willing to take the risk of immigrating then taking the huge risk of starting a business isn't a huge jump.
...but that's a sub-section of the population of those countries they come from. Whenever anybody from any other country starts going on and on about that shit, I just say, so if you're people are so great, your home country a fucking utopia, right??? crickets....
Americans and America has no interest in paying a fair anything from anyone.LOL
America does that but it's a double edged sword, we're strive off emotional spending aka buying stuff you don't need.
They want cheap labor, americans want good jobs.
If you go too far into education, you hurt social connections, more men get no pussy, more men complain your back where you started.
So their needs to be a balance American cannot be run like India, not possible. Even China is too extreme
So the idiots and the bros and the fools and the dumb nikkas actually are very important in keeping a balance.
immigrants less likely to eat out, less likely to fall for American propaganda like black folks in a sense who see everything a mile away. So you need ignorance, need idiots...It's also because immigrants have an outsider's perspective which allows us to capture opportunities born Americans might not notice. It's it's harder to run game on us because we don't grow up with the same propaganda and cultural expectations.
But yeah, it's also a subsection. Every time I go back to Canada a bunch of people ask why I would ever want to live in the United States. Meanwhile they're living in a trailer.

You need to kill people with processed foods full of fat and salt then make a documentary on CNN about how we can fix the problem when you created the problem.
Not the ones in those comments under Elon and Vivek. And most of the people bent out of shape are MAGA bc they said they'd get rid of the H1B visa immigrants. Now they're saying those amazing whites don't compare and can't compete. The Liberals have been laughing at the MAGAs on some "I told you so" time
You are right. I do see a serious issue brewing. Elon is focused on cost and effectiveness which the H1B Visa employees offer. CACs are definitely not going to like competing against H1B Visa employees in a tough job market. I don't see Elon backing down or a solution. This has the potential to cause a loss off support from lower and middle class white males. Elon and Vivek need to redirect attention to the Mexicans quick.
