These law changes are to help whites numbers period. They dont care about black babies being aborted, they're stopping their women from doing it because their numbers are dwindling. Best believe the majority of women who will be thrown in jail for attempting abortions will be black women.
If more black women had abortions they would be in better financial situations. Kids are what keep poor people poor because they limit their options.

Strange thing is that a lot of black women have been abort without their consent. What I mean by that is that some ladies in America have went to the hospital for small procedures and left sterilized without knowing it.
