Depends on the woman. No answer is absolute but as far as which works more, I would have to say Charm/Sense of humor...
Of course you can get a lot of women just having money, but those same women fucking for money are fucking a charming dude they actually like for free. Females will tell you a lot of dudes with money are corny to them. A female can think you are the best looking dude in the world and be ready to let you hit and then she meets you and finds you corny, she might be turned off... A woman doesn't even have to be attracted to you physically if she finds you charming and humorous she'll still fuck you.

I think the charm, humor, looks, maybe money/power start the ball rolling but at the end of the day I think intelligence because it means you can figure shit out. I'm in my mid-20s and have no kids and when I tell chicks that, they're hella surprised. I always get "you're going to be a great dad/husband" "why don't you have kids yet?", shit like that.
