We'll see. I understand your reasoning, but society has it's limits. The gay thing is mostly about people having the right to live how they want to once they are no longer under a legal guardian. And yes, there is a push to allow kids to be gay. But the pedo thing is specifically about adult contact with pre-pubescent kids, and no society is going to allow that to be normalized, not through legal means.

But we'll see.
People used to say the same thing about homosexuality.

Well, if you're talking pre-pubescent, that's comes after they work on teens. It seems strange now, but men basically been taking 'child' brides for all of human history. In Africa, shit is still rampant as hell.

They will use the same science arguments for age that they are using for gender.

10-15 years ago I used to laugh at board members who talked of the agenda. I just can't put nothing past the letter people now.

Keep in mind to .5% of the United States is roughly 1.5 million people. That's more than the population of Atlanta and San Francisco combined.

To put it another way, there are three times more trans people in the United States than there are redheads and all of Ireland.
Come on now. Wiccans are damn near .5 percent of the population. You can use the same argument for them. Guess we better do something about witchphobia. There are damn near 3 times as more witches in the U.S. as redheads in Ireland. See the rabbit hole we're going down?

Wifey just fucked my head up with a viewpoint that I never considered.
She said Hollywood gains from pushing a "Believe as I believe or else" culture because they've ran out ideas.
Trans people want to punish anyone who doesn't believe what they believe.
If (As a movie studio) you can help create an atmosphere where any person who disagrees with a creative idea is labeled a villain, no one ever will disagree. They can make (remake) any trash they want to over and over.
This could allow studios to make content that is trash, but as long as it has some kind of "approved content" critics and viewers HAVE to like it...or else.

That is a great analogy that provides much-needed perspective for those wise enough to be open to it.

Elaborate on your Wiccan rabbithole. What right do they not have that larger religions do? That's where you find yourself leaping right into a manhole cover, Bugz.

crazy thing i read is that the agenda they are pushing is even going against members of the LGBTQ community. they want gay and lesbian people to consider them when dating or they call them transphobic too. its crazy to go against people in your own faction. like dave chappelle say the Ts are fucking it up.

What "rights" do trans people not have that larger groups do?

My point was that just as the first amendment protects the Christian majority and the Wiccan minority equally, so should every right and privilege extend to all, regardless of population. The argument was that because trans people are not a numerical force, they do not matter. But every one of them is as entitled to the fourteenth amendment guarantee of equal protection under the law and protection from states adopting policies which abridge their privileges or deprive them of liberty. Policies impacting the accessibility of facilities and sexual education, for instance, seeking to ignore and erase the trans community, threaten and infringe upon their rights. That's the answer in a constitutional sense. Just as important is the social answer, which accounts for the reality that they are a targeted, marginalized and vulnerable community, which puts their right to exist in question unlike the unseen and unbothered Wiccans, who would actually be an appropriate and instructive analogy if this were Salem-era America and witchphobes held power as they once did.

One way they can slow a lot of this Bull down is to create a no-makeup & all-natural segment in the contest, it won't stop them but makeup dependency seems to be a big prop that is used for both men and real women. Of course, a lot of the manly women types will also be eliminated.

That was Kathleen Kennedy's attempt with Star Wars at Disney. If you don't like the new movies, then you are a mysoginist and you hate women.
It will fail for the trans community.
People don't hate them; they just don't agree with their bullshit. No amount of talking will convince people that men are women and vice-versa. No amount of shaming will change that, either.
This is why the rest of the world doesn't want western culture infiltrating their countries. Its poison.

Please elaborate on these. While reading this, the first thing that comes to mind is the Cross Dressers "reading" to kindergarteners at schools and libraries.

And you were absolutely right to cut her off.

Refusing a woman who was born a man doesn't make you any more transphobic than refusing to date a white woman makes you racist.
I tried to tell these folks. They are making up rules as they go and FORCING us to live by them. I'm supposed to call those trans women women.

Ricky Gervais Under Fire for Transphobic ‘Joke’ Tweets
By Chris Murphy
Photo: Nicholas Hunt/Getty Images

Golden Globes host Ricky Gervais has found himself embroiled in controversy for tweeting transphobic “jokes” ahead of the January 5 ceremony. Gervais’s tweets were prompted by author J.K. Rowling’s tweet in support of Maya Forstater, a cisgendered woman who was fired from her job after tweeting that a person cannot change their biological sex.

Gervais’s twitter rant began as a reply to @JarvisDupont, who tweeted a satirical article from the perspective of a trans woman angry with J.K. Rowling. Gervais tweeted, “Those awful biological women can never understand what it must be like for you becoming a lovely lady so late in life. They take their girly privileges for granted. Winning at female sports and having their own toilets. Well, enough is enough.” When another account replied to Gervais “kindness is magic,” Gervais doubled down on the seemingly transphobic comments writing, “Exactly. We need to protect the rights of women. Not erode them because some men have found a new cunning way to dominate and demonise an entire sex.”

After receiving criticism for these tweets, Gervais claimed that it was all a joke. After one Twitter user called Gervais out for the real harm his words could do to members of the trans community, Gervais tweeted the following: “I do. I also make jokes about AIDS, Cancer, Famine and The Holocaust. Those things do a bit of harm too. But jokes don’t. Have a nice day.” Twitter user @MariaMariley hit the nail on the head when she asked Gervais to clarify his stance toward the trans community, because if he was telling a joke “it fell flat.” Gervais responded, “That’s why it’s free.” Here’s hoping that Gervais comes up with better material for the Globes.

Elementry. My daughter was exposed to various types of genders in the 4th and 5th.

It's already occurring. I was telling my soon-to-be 69-year-old mother that the world has changed.

Of course, she is going to remain in her ways of understanding the world, but it's not like it used to be.

It's fucking with people's senses and understanding of what is or isn't. It's impending on realities that have real-world consequences with you go against the grain publicly, especially on social media.

They did the same thing for the female Ghostbuster movie, the new Terminator movie and the Charlie's Angels movie that bombed last month.

What's even more sickening is that people calling straight men transphobic just because we dont want to be with a tranny.

This is unfortunate but true. Even the article about Gervais says that Forstater is a cisgendered woman who was fired. The author wouldn't even WRITE that it was a woman who tweeted about a trans'woman.'

It just shows that trans people can be manipulative assholes just like everyone else.

Surprised Tucker Carlson hasn't had her as a guest yet.
Read this article by Jarvis Dupont, who Tweeted his reply to Gervais. This shit is insanity!

Yesterday we witnessed a stunning and brave victory of tolerance over reality. Vile TERF, Maya Forstater lost her case at an employment tribunal for, amongst other things, referring to former SNP councillor and non-binary transgender individual, Gregor Murray as ‘he’:

Ridiculous! So ridiculous is almost laughable to me.

A three year says dumb shit all the time. That’s the age of correction, not entertaining their vast imagination 100% of the time.

My daughter was calling everything chicken even if it was fish at 3. That doesn’t mean I should conintue to allow her to call fish chicken if it ain’t a piece of goddamn chicken. Lol

This is the whole “my truth” or “my feelings” generation. I’m interested to see the evolution of all this.

Have you ever been around a group of people in which these pronouns matter?

They are a handful to deal with.

People have literally gone insane.
I remember when someone called you something that you didn't want to be called, you simply didn't answer. You just ignored them.
Canada has some crazy ass law about pronouns.
They are literally legislating what you can and can't say. Freedom of speech is over.

I was going to school to pick up Office and administrative skills and it was dominated by females. I only had other males in English and a couple of other prerequisites and even then they were few and far between.

Thankfully, it wasn't as prevalent on the campus that I attended. In one course, I was the only male in one of my Legal courses for a few semesters and when another guy finally showed up, he was gay. Me and the Instructor had a good laugh because when another dude showed up, he was girlfriends with all the chicks.

My son, on the other hand, was in the thick of it at UW-Milwaukee. :smh:

It wasn't too long ago that they were griping that muhfuckas wasn't recognizing the likes of Chazz Bono as having transitioned from Female to Male (FTM).
Now calling this muhfucka who looks like every bit of a bearded dude "HIM" is a problem? o_O:hmm: Now this muhfucka HAS to be called they?

I've always been consistent about this, people wanna call out the conservatives and rightfully so. But,ignore what these far-far left liberals have been doing the the past 20 years in this country.

You have schools making efforts to push gay history yet won't put no effort into black history. And,when they do it's the same shit over and over again. Gay people didn't built this country on free labor, we did yet everyone wants to act like they've been through the same shit our ancestors went through..

We got people sympathizing pedophiles with the backing of NAMBLA. People been trying to warn folks about that organization for years yet look at the shit now. White people trying to make pedophilia a fucking sexual orientation....really..

It's only going to get worse before it gets better because everyone ignored all the bullshit the Democratic Party been pushing the last 20 years.

You can't even criticize these people without being called some type of phobia..Somehow,it's okay to shit on black people on the daily basis.

What's even more hilarious about this issue is that nobody says anything about the racism from the alphabet people..

And,we can't forget about the fuckery that's been going on in Hollywood for decades.

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that none of them were actually trans themselves.

I'm going to go out on another limb and guess that for her to even be at an employee tribunal in the first place calling this obvious man a "he" probably wasn't the main issue.

Aside from all of this I can kind of understand where trans people are coming from.

we're not talking about a race, culture, or even a sexual preference that's existed since the dawn of time here. We're talking about people who have already, or are in the process of medically transitioning from one gender to another. A phenomenon that wasn't even possible 50 years ago.

Like any other marginalized group they're trying to set the ground rules of how they want to be referred to. The problem is that the whole thing is so relatively new that trans people can't even agree amongst themselves.

This is going to lead to a lot of confusion, a lot of stepped on toes, and a lot of unintentionally hurt feelings, but eventually it will get worked out.

Its still not possible. Men who get breast implants and chop off their penises and form them into vaginas are still men. They are men who had surgery and men who are taking hormones.
Same goes for women. Chopping off tits and taking testosterone does not a man make.
To quote the wise musings of the wordsmith AMG: "A bitch, is a bitch, is a biiiiitttccchhhh!"

I have no problems with people believing they are someone else inside. (Hey, do you. Live your life as you please.)
I just have a problem with being forced to participate in their self-delusions.
