My wife said you must've had a 4th degree laceration.

They didn't tell me anything all I know is I didn't get to hold the baby right away and I felt them damn stitches. According to Google they don't cut you anymore to make room for the head because it causes deeper tears or some crap so if you gonna rip they just let you rip smh

if they think the rip will extend into the rectum
they will do the episiotomy.

trust, if you had a 4th degree, you would know

45 minutes, could mean a 3rd degree, or lateral sulcus tear
if you healed already, prob lateral sulcus tear
it takes long to fix because they bleed incredibly heavily.

Congrats new Momma!

No epidural? Wow!

On our last one, my wife had one but it didn't take...6 hour labor until we said fuck it and did the c section.

If she had a fourth degree
The doctor would have had a talk with her
Recommending a cesarean for her next delivery

It’s not an “I think I had a fourth” it’s “I know I had a fourth” thing

Plus it’s what I do for a living
That nigga swear he know everything but it really be from his RN wife who was a former Pediatrician

Mousey make sure you get out and do some things. Go back to work asap. That postpartum depression ain't no joke. My ex had it and it ended our marriage.
