He's requesting a grand jury.
Which means he wants to pursue criminal charges now.

Younger esthetician: If he gets an erection, it's inappropriate, so tell him that you're leaving the room for a few minutes.

Older esthetician: If he gets an erection, don't worry about it, he can't control it, it's just an involuntary action that means nothing.

crakkas proved unfounded accusations work when you pile on with Cosby.

told y'all then it didn't matter if you liked Cosby or not, sitting back watching them serve him up will only lead to them doing it to others.

don't sit back and allow the bullshit because you don't like a person.

and here we are.

No. Lets not agree to disagree it. Lets discuss it. ..

One victim is claiming he forcefully made her perform oral sex just a few months ago. Thats rape. Instead of filing charges or seeking assistance from law enforcement, she hires a high profile celeb attorney and attempts to negotiate a mid 6 figure settlement behind the scene. When that doesnt work she files a civil claim only and not a criminal one. You mention people painting accusers as money hungry, but here, the facts point to a money grab on face value alone.

Critical thinking is important. Thats why i challenge people like you to NOT fall to lazy knee jerk conclusions and cliches like "where there be smoke they be fire". Such "analysis" requires zero thought and it typically results in a presumption of wrong doing on the part of the accused. The timing of these matters alone is suspicious - at least- add to that you now have 9 women slowly coming out of the woodwork alleging misconduct and not ONE decided to file a police report in real time in an environment that is MORE than favorable to victims of sexual misconduct? Just dont make sense man.

Further, when you see that most are social media workers, most of whom have taken a large hit due to covid... and the shit looks like chicks looking for another stimulus check while being egged on by a friend of Deshauns disgruntled employer. Speaking of which, this shit is straight out of the ole school bigots playbook of character assassination of the uppity black man.

It just boggles my mind how many times we see our people get fucked over and jammed up on bullshit allegations, yet we still are eager to give benefit of doubt to mere allegations. Shit is insane to me. And to be clear, i dont know if the brother did any of this shit or not.. But i do know that assessing all available info as of today, this shit smells pretty fucking fishy .... to me.
You've said everything that's going on in my mind.

Bro first off much respect to you... I know we have our back n forths but overall you always solid with your takes and I appreciate that.

I guess my whole thing is I've dated several women, married then divorced one, about to marry another, and know other women personally who have been victims of sexual assault. Hell the woman I'm with now was raped last year by an ex football player... that case is still pending and because of how close it hits to home I won't go into any details... but the point I'm making is often times women don't speak up because they feel if they do they're going to be ridiculed, shamed, attacked for doing so.

Think on this, sexual assault is one of if not the only crime where the victim is told how they played a part in the crime committed against them... we tell them "you shouldn't have worn that" or "you shouldn't have went there alone" or "nobody told you to drink the much," etc. Women don't speak on shit like this because we beat them into submission with our own analysis of the crime vs actually hearing them out and letting due process run its course.

Again, I understand every point you're making. The timing is fishy. It is an attack on a seemingly good young black man. Yes there are other anomalies in play here that lead you to be suspicious. White people are involved and that alone should lead to a whole helluva lot of side eye distrust and suspicions.

With that said I'm not going to bash these women right off the bat because I think they're looking for a come up, because I disagree with their profession, because thots gonna thot, or because I think their lawyer is a money hungry attention whore. They at least deserve to be heard. If it's bullshit it'll all come out in the wash, they'll get exposed, and Deshaun can sue all involved for punitive damages.

Just like this is, as you called it a play "straight out of the ole school bigots playbook of character assassination of the uppity black man," Deshaun's actions that he's being accused of show a pattern of behavior that cannot be ignored. Dude got one of the baddest women in the city on his side and he's soliciting "massages" from hoes on social media... on 9 different occasions? One or two women my bullshit meter would definitely be going off, but 9 different women? This is a pattern...

This is a fair and reasonable position i think we can and do all agree with .

As soon as this came out, it was obvious that it was an orchestrated character hit job and not a bunch of thots finding the sudden courage to stand up to a sexual predator. The damage is done now so he should call their bluff and let each one of these cases go to trial. Let them get their "life styles" exposed, lose and have to pay his legal fees just like every thot before that tried this dumb shit without thinking it all the way through.

Crazy after ALL that the accuser still gets to keep her identity secret?

Man listen...

I'm well aware of the optics here and the materialization of these lawsuits after Watson expressed his desire to be traded.

I'm well aware of the methods used to destroy a young, successful black man.

I'm also well aware of the levels of lying and deceitful tactics SOME women will go to in order to reap a financial gain.

And in general I have a healthy distrust of white people.

With that said... 7 FUCKING LAWSUITS, WITH 2 MORE COMING??!?! Seeing a lot of smoke, fam... and where there's smoke...

Man this the whole truth.
Not saying he guilty of all but saying it's a damn good chance 1 out 9 is telling the truth.

Seriously, think about what you just had to type because of how fucked things are right now. We have to "hold him responsible" for getting pussy. :smh:

I mentor and one of the main things I have to push is to look at the worst case scenario instead of the scenario you have in mind. In this case, this dude is out here looking like Harvey Weinstein because he got greedy and needed a variety of new pussy. He was way too famous/wealthy to be pulling this lame shit with thots. He saw ass and tits and all they saw was a lame with $$$. :smh: Manning was sitting on a bitch face and we all know about Big Ben, but they are about to make him the face of immorality in the NFL all because he was dumb enough to fuck with these thots. :smh:

The "victims" wont be punished for this shit either. Derrick Rose's not only lost but tried to get out of paying his legal fees after losing by arguing that it would have a "chilling effect" on future thots looking to extort people.

I feel you on that. I am wondering what his options are. Like are there any hoes true to the game for a nicca in his position? Do they even exist anymore?

Lawsuit details: 13 suits officially filed against Texans QB Deshaun Watson

Jane Doe #1
The first lawsuit accuses Watson of civil assault during a massage at her home last March. According to the lawsuit, Watson repeatedly asked the woman to focus on his groin area. She said he “purposely” exposed himself and “purposely” touched her with his penis. The woman says she abruptly ended the massage and Watson later apologized.

Jane Doe #2
The woman is a massage therapist in Atlanta who said Watson contacted her on Instagram last August and agreed to pay for her flight to Houston. They met at the Houstonian Hotel where he had a suite. The lawsuit alleges Watson refused to cover his genital area with a towel, repeatedly encouraged her to massage there and in other inappropriate areas and touched her with his penis. She said Watson only paid half of what she was owed and later contacted her about getting a massage in Atlanta, but she didn’t respond.

Jane Doe #3
The third lawsuit filed alleges sexual assault during a massage at a Houston office building in December 2020. The woman accused Watson of asking her to massage his genitals, then forcing her to perform oral sex. The woman said she blacked out from fear and now suffers from panic attacks, anxiety and depression.

Jane Doe #4
The lawsuit says Watson initially contacted the licensed esthetician’s boss, asked for a photo of the plaintiff and asked if he could give the plaintiff a massage. During the first appointment in September, the woman said Watson became aroused and asked her what she was going to do about it.
She said she was afraid to complain because she didn’t want to risk her job or career. During the next appointment in October, the woman said Watson told her she was wearing too many clothes, tried to kiss her and tried to put his penis in her hand. She said she cut the session short and Watson became angry and left.

Jane Doe #5
This massage took place in September 2020 at a Houston salon where the woman rents a room, according to the civil assault lawsuit. The woman alleges Watson asked if he could be naked and if it was okay if he became aroused, but she told him to cover himself. She said he “continued to move his body in a way that would cause his penis to repeatedly touch the plaintiff’s hand.”

Jane Doe #6
The massage therapist said Watson was respectful at the beginning of the massage in October 2020. But she said he began moving in a “provocative manner” and exposed himself. When Watson arrived for a second massage in November, she said he caught her off guard and kissed her, then asked her to focus on his buttocks and penis area. She refused but said he moved in a way that his penis touched her hand. The civil assault lawsuit alleges he offered to pay extra for a massage in that area and she refused, so he got angry and left.

Jane Doe #7
The woman, who said she’s massaged several professional athletes in the past, said Watson contacted her through Instagram last June. She said he told her “I make a lot of massage therapists uncomfortable and it’s really hard for me to find someone who will meet my needs …”. The lawsuit alleges Watson kept knocking his towel off, exposed himself and touched her with his penis. She said she felt “trapped, angry and dirty.”

I'll repost this in this thread.....

Quick story:
Okay back in the day, there was a strip club in N.Carolina that was known for giving extras in the VIP room
My boys put me on to how things went down & explained that some strippers get down like that
Most hoes would rub you off through your pants
Some would unzip you, pul the dick out, & stroke you off
And a select handful of nasty hoes would even suck you off, for the right price

So one weekend I went by the strip club, & purposely wore some thin pants
While getting a regular lap dance ol girl felt the pipe, smiled at me, & I smiled back at her
Then I asked if we could go to the VIP room for more privacy
She smiles & says sure, "what kind of dance" do you want in the vip
I smile at her & say whatever you're comfortable with
.....Wink, wink, nudge, nudge, hint, hint.....we both have a mutual understanding of the "situation"
.....After walking out the vip room...shes smiling b/c her bills are getting paid this week
And I'm smiling b/c dem pipes got unclogged ;) But everyone is on the same page

Now, that was nearly 20 years ago, back in the early 2000's
But apply that scenario to todays "me too" times
Where covid has shut down most strip clubs, so the hoes are advertising on Instagram or Onlyfans
Nowadays you have to be careful because some of these hoes will trap up & set you up
You don't even have to touch the chick
Just a simple question, or hint or suggestion, and she will be running to an attorney claiming "sexual assault"
See where I'm going with this?
And you know they will embellish the story to play up the victim role
So if you don't have any video evidence or something backing your side of the story.....then you might be fucked

:itsawrap::itsawrap::itsawrap:

Let me guess...Is this strip club in Durham? lol

Lawsuit details: 13 suits officially filed against Texans QB Deshaun Watson

Jane Doe #8

In early March, Watson reached out to a licensed massage therapist who runs her own practice in Georgia, according to the lawsuit. It alleges Watson inquired about a $55 promotion the woman was advertising on Instagram and requested she meet him at a location in Atlanta, but inevitably the appointment was held at her private business suite in Buckhead, Georgia. During the session, the lawsuit said Watson exposed himself and made several sexual advances, which the woman refused, and then he left.

Jane Doe #9
In late January, Watson allegedly reached out to the owner of a small massage business requesting services. According to the lawsuit, Watson made several sexual advances, including exposing himself and asking the woman to message his groin. She said Watson left once he accepted that she wasn't going to comply with his requests. The client claims the alleged encounter has left her with deep emotional trauma and has even impacted her marriage.

Jane Doe #10
The lawsuit, which involves a spa worker in training to become a licensed massage therapist, describes a more graphic interaction. In June 2020, the woman was asked to meet Watson at a hotel after he arranged an appointment through her spa manager, according to the lawsuit. The lawsuit claims Watson groped the woman before suddenly leaving without paying full price. The documents said the manager told the woman she was underpaid because “she had not given [Watson] what he wanted.” A month later, the same woman claims she got a direct message from Watson on Instagram requesting a massage. At the time, court documents said she was unaware it was the same man from the alleged hotel incident.

According to court documents, she agreed to meet with Watson at the spa at a time they would be mostly alone. She recognized him when he arrived, and the lawsuit states Watson apologized for his previous behavior and said, “he had never been rejected by a woman before.” The lawsuit claims the woman was “embarrassed” and “humiliated” as the player allegedly made several inappropriate advances, including demanding sexual acts before leaving the spa. She is currently receiving psychiatric counseling for trauma she endured during the alleged incident, the lawsuit said.

Jane Doe #11
Court documents said the woman normally offers professional cosmetic services, such as teeth whitening and detoxing. In July 2020, the lawsuit alleges Watson reached out to her on Instagram asking if she was an esthetician and she said no but offered to refer him to one. He allegedly declined her offer and asked if she would given him a Swedish massage. According to the lawsuit, the woman told Watson massages aren't her expertise but she would be willing to try. Court documents said she was willing to give the massage in the hopes that having a celebrity client would further promote her business. They arranged a session at the woman's house over the phone, according to the lawsuit. According to the lawsuit, Watson requested "she wear something comfortable that she likes to wear around the house." During the session, according to court documents, Watson asked the woman to massage his groin and private area. It also alleges the player touched himself inappropriately and then ejaculated on the woman. He then left the house. Immediately afterward, the lawsuit said the woman called a friend and told her what happened. It said the woman felt "violated, disgusted and ashamed."

Jane Doe #12
The woman, who is a professional massage therapist that offers mobile services, got a direct message from Watson on Instagram in July 2020, according to court documents. The lawsuit alleges they eventually agreed to meet at a Houston hotel on the afternoon of August 2, 2020.
Court documents said Watson kept asking if he could remove his towel, but the woman told him no. Soon, according to the lawsuit, Watson began demonstrating "aggressive behavior" and demanded the woman touch him in a sexually inappropriate manner. At one point, the lawsuit alleges the woman went to the bathroom and Watson was completely naked when she returned. He allegedly asked if she would be willing to "do more" for extra money. According to the lawsuit, when the woman declined, Watson was angered and told her to leave.

Jane Doe #13
The woman, who is a licensed esthetician and owns a skincare business in Houston, claims she got a direct message on Instagram from Watson in mid April 2020. According to court documents, Watson came to the spa for a massage, which started out normal aside from his request to be covered with only a hand towel. Some point into the massage, the lawsuit alleges Watson's requests became increasingly inappropriate and the woman was eventually asked to perform a sexual act. The lawsuit said the woman reluctantly followed Watson's instructions. She was left "confused and mortified" and later confided in her mother about the incident, according to the lawsuit.

Watson’s response
After Buzbee announced the first lawsuit, Watson responded on Twitter with a written statement. He called Buzbee a “publicity-seeking lawyer” who, before filing suit, “made a baseless six-figure settlement demand," which he says he "quickly rejected." Watson wrote, “I have never treated any woman with anything other than the utmost respect.” No criminal charges have been filed. The NFL confirmed Thursday that they are investigating the allegations.

This is why celebs mess with the same chicks and pay for pussy

So they don't have situations like this

This is so crazy, just DMing random chicks like you're ordering off a menu. Dude set himself up with this.

The chicks were probably thinking, dude was just a weirdo and brushed it off, because I'm sure other dudes do the same shit. Then when they saw the first chick, and a possible pay day...the flood gates are open.

We used to make fun of Tiger Woods, and how he was just go to a random spot like the local Waffle House and fuck with some basic becky. That was smarter than this shit.
