If I built one, I would add social services for the community to get assistance and hell if possible, add a on site primary care clinic....

We have a lot on the site. if you Google is sweet baby rays black owned my page comes up in the top three listings with a set of brands, but there are dozens.
A lot of people just assumed it was Black Owned because of the name.

I never even thought about if the company was black owned or not. I tried it at a relative's house, liked it and started buying to have at my spot. I do need to pay more attention to this though.
