What's your eating and exercise regimen?
I have been pretty much doing incline treadmill on 10/11 level 3mph for an hour. I might dabble with other things while at the gym but treadmill I can just knockout and leave until I get used to other stuff. I really want to start doing squats with the bar and weight but don't want to look crazy in front of everyone. As far as eating I started meal prepping either chicken breast or 96% ground beef with rice/veggies. Got tired of that and been eating whatever I want but haven't gained anything from where I got down to.

I tried to multi quote but stuff isn't working. Not back as in presence but from body wise. I've been lurking and posting here for awhile.

The kids are well getting big about to be 3 and 6.

Pretty much anything outside of my face and arms are super white because they never are exposed to the sun and I work outside lol

Vegas is good. They're building a bunch of new casinos, attractions, expanding the expressway so traffic gets better. Overall not bad.

I'll have to look into yoga. I really don't care about losing weight as much as I'd rather just have my body recomposed with a higher weight but I'm working on it.

And yeah butt got huge was 50" last time I measured but since I dropped some pants sizes I'm sure it's lower than that now.

I know it's a lot of fitness guys on here so any tips for me would be greatly appreciated. I do want to shrink my thighs significantly or at minimum tone them up some. I can do the stripper thigh move with little to no effort that's no Bueno lol also don't care about losing some booty either. Of course want to tighten stomach not sure if I'll get back to what it was before but I think it's possible. Thanks guys!

Machine squats are good too though.

You ever looked into the keto diet?
