You gotta eat to loose the extra weight. If you don't nourish the body it will store fat. Concentrate on whole foods, stay away from sugar and highly processed foods like snacks or limit them. They have no nutritional value and will only impair your goals. For the arms grab you some small dumbbells.I know it's a lot of fitness guys on here so any tips for me would be greatly appreciated. I do want to shrink my thighs significantly or at minimum tone them up some. I can do the stripper thigh move with little to no effort that's no Bueno lol also don't care about losing some booty either. Of course want to tighten stomach not sure if I'll get back to what it was before but I think it's possible. Thanks guys!
