I know it's a lot of fitness guys on here so any tips for me would be greatly appreciated. I do want to shrink my thighs significantly or at minimum tone them up some. I can do the stripper thigh move with little to no effort that's no Bueno lol also don't care about losing some booty either. Of course want to tighten stomach not sure if I'll get back to what it was before but I think it's possible. Thanks guys!
You gotta eat to loose the extra weight. If you don't nourish the body it will store fat. Concentrate on whole foods, stay away from sugar and highly processed foods like snacks or limit them. They have no nutritional value and will only impair your goals. For the arms grab you some small dumbbells.
Your buttocks will become more firm and toned if you start doing bands or glute workouts. That way you keep it tight and firm not just big.
You can do curls while you chillin.
Try not to tell yourself if I eat I'll gain weight. Trust me, just eat as healthy as you can and keep exercising just add in some weight training to build muscle. You're not trying to get swole, just add muscle to, well, you already know, I have seen how amazing your body can be. Notice I said can be because if you want it go get it and don't make any excuses because excuses don't get results.
Remember you can't pin point where the fat is going to leave. It will go away the same way you put it on.
Drink plenty of water and you should be good.
Above all else, love yourself and try not to get discouraged by what you see in the mirror. Loving yourself is the key to achieving your goals.
Project the body you want into the Universe and make that shit happen. Good to see your back.
