As someone who works in health policy this is 100% accurate. Most hospitals in America are nonprofit (there are a few for profit) and they will write this off.
This is how many illegal immigrants get their care and a lot of times they will go to a catholic based hospital because of the affiliation of Catholicism.

Pilot, a paramedic named Jamie Walsh, had only six days of training before he flew the suit up Helvellyn, the third highest peak in the UK. This impressive feat also demonstrates that the suit can be used in conditions a helicopter wouldn’t be able to fly in.
Jamie was able to fly to the summit of Helvellyn in just 3.5 minutes compared to the current response time of 1 hour and 15 minutes.
The program hopes to implement the Jet Suit Paramedic in summer 2022 to help those that get injured in the area.
