I've done this at least 20-30 times in my career. Seen it go bad a couple of times.

I came in during the transition FROM the Vietnam Era. Me and a couple of others were the first in our Unit who were issued BDUs. We were wearing camouflage while they were still in Olive Drab and Jungle Boots.
