If the first solar entrepreneur hadn't been kidnapped, would fossil fuels have dominated the 20th century?

While researching the economics of clean energy innovation, I came across a little-known story: that of Canadian inventor George Cove, one of the world's first renewable energy entrepreneurs. Cove invented household solar panels that looked uncannily similar to the ones being installed in homes today—they even had a rudimentary battery to keep power running when the sun wasn't shining. Except this wasn't in the 1970s. Or even the 1950s. This was in 1905.

These are examples of the worst aspect of human beings at this stage of our development. Has nothing to with pre-scientific or scientific. The hubris of some scientist mirrors the arrogance of its historical developmental twin; white nationalism (white supremacy). They both came about around the same time and both came from religion (Christianity). Much of early science was spent trying to prove white supremacy.

Science, does not establish truth but consensus because of uncertainty in nature (as a scientist the first thing you learn is significant figures to constrain uncertainty. life/reality in order to be true/real can't be fate. Uncertainty a byproduct of duality/polarities...yin&yang in all it's forms).

Furthermore science is an amoral belief system, it doesn't impart morality. Science has not made the Western world which has come to dominate human culture more moral. As an amoral religion, Science doesn't not know wrong from right. It needs to be paired with a moral belief system otherwise it can be misguiding. Religion needs to be in agreement with science & science needs to verify religion.
The scientific age didn't stop the bullshit.

Validating Examples
>Racism & nationalism still exist although scientically we know humanity is one.

>The liveability of the planet is being destroyed by humanity

>Nuclear bombs used & now proliferate

> Look at the state of healthcare & quality of foods people subsist on.

>Many more examples even minor ones like COVID antivacs hysteria
