Show me where she ever said those loans were for Black men only. She always talked about her policies that would positively affect Black men. I've never heard her once say a single thing about any policies exclusively for Black men. Maybe men "that can think for themselves" need to touch up on reading comprehension and stop inventing things that were never said. Those loans are for Black men. Black men can apply for them.
