Defense isn't that easy lol. Especially Rob Ryan's defense. He has one of the more complicated defenses in the league. These cats are constantly lost. Part of it is due to them not having a training camp which is why I felt there would be a learning curve here. Its tough. While some of our guys are lost Rob Ryan himself is lost as well. I think he thinks he inherited the second coming of that dooms day defense and he didn't even get a shell of it. The nigga got a College football defense. Rob doesn't have his personnel yet. He'll get it and our defense will be solid. But they ain't there yet. Everyone talking about corner but shit we need a pass rusher just as bad. I can't even imagine how cold our D would be if we had Von Miller or Aldon Smith alongside Ware. We could've never got those guys but just hypothetically.

he may have a lot of different looks he likes to show or a lot of different formations and pre snap bluffs and all that shit
but once the ball is snapped, as a player you know either you're blitzing, assigned a man or have an area to cover and you need to do it. all that other stuff is irrelevant... im positive that the coverage isn't conditional..
there is no you have a zone but if the wr runs an out route then you have man to man etc etc
no way it could be because you can't predict what they're gonna run on offense

They are...but blitzes will usually get picked up by a divisional opponent...this is why the divisional opponent is so dangerous...2 times a year every year...they know your player's tendencies...
But yeah I do believe its over agression but the Offense makes too many mistakes...

I wouldn't laugh to hard. You niggas literally left our receivers wide open. I wouldn't laugh too much. Props on the win. YA'll came into our house once again and got a much needed victory. But the division race isn't over.
It was a collective lost. But qb's miss on open receivers. They do it all the time. Guys fumble. But 12 points in 5 minutes is embarrassing and should NEVER happen but the Cowboys did it for the 3rd time this year.

I said that shit earlier this year. I said that's why we would be trash. We basically said we were a Abe Elam and Rob Ryan away from contending. Its turned out better than expected. I was wrong on this team. I thought they'd be a 6 to 8 win team and......well shit they may be just that if shit goes to hell but they've exceeded my expectations nonetheless. But they've played far better than I expected.
Rob Ryan got all he could out of this defense. But i'm not going to bail him out due to personnel. This defense had success early on. When our offense was trash our defense was stepping up for us. Now they've gone to shit. Rob Ryan's defense started off solid today. Corners were on point. But as usual they fold. Today they folded earlier than normal. When I see a defense start off decent and fall off I can only point it to 1 of 2 things. They're tired due to lack of depth or they are simply not being coached well.
I think pass rush and the secondary go hand in hand. Without a pass rush your asking your secondary to guard receivers longer than they should and without a secondary your asking your pass rush to get to the quarterback faster than they should have to. But today Eli had too much time to throw and there's not a cornerback that can shut down a receiver for 5 to 6 seconds.

Oh i'm not denying that that the Aint's are a cold ass home team in that dome. They'd dominate just about anyone. But they're trash on the road. They lost to the Bucc's and Rams and tried to lose to the Titans today. For them to crush any team in this division they would have to be at home to do it.

Yea. Funny shit is, we made Brady and Stafford look like shit. Except in closing minutes which is pretty much the story of the season.

Remember he has been hurt for a while and when you have a hamstring injury you dont come back wanting to explode off that leg like you usually would. with A fully confident, healthy austin that would be 6 all day. Plus Romo, with 46 seconds, led the team down the field for a game winning field goal after completing 4 great throws. If it wasnt for our fuckin secondary playing like they want to give the game to Eli Romo would have still won the game. I mean seriously people!! did you watch the game???? I know sometimes Romo does some bonehead shit, but today he played his ass off!

So when a qb sees an obvious blitz like rob ryan throws at eli their eyes light up. Not because they are scared but because they are gonna have a lot of great matchups. With the trash secondary that we have Eli made a lot of hot reads and great throws. Idc what kinda pass rush u have, when u are making hot reads against a trash secondary a good qb is going to win everytime. It's not hard to see, we were getting there on some plays, Eli was just doing what his brother always does. which is why you dont blitz Peyton much, cuz he will eat u up

Big difference in talent though homie. The Texans have better linebackers, they have DEs that can get up the field & make plays, their secondary is far superior with Joseph, Quinn, & Manning. He's playing with a more talented team. If we could get pressure from our ends like he's getting from Smith & Watt it would make a world of difference. Or if our middle linebackers were as good as Ryans & Cushing...we'd be better on D.

Romo has eaten shit all year even when it's not his fault, Garrett is the one who refuses to fall on the sword and that's got to stop. Austin fucked up and Romo shouldn't apologize simply because that leads to players not taking blame for their actions. The defense lost this game and Rob's stock is quickly falling. His last name being Ryan has let him get away with some stupid shit like playing your safeties 40yds away from the play, how is Sensabaugh suppose to make a play that far back? Newman playing 8.4yds off a receiver is just asking to get beat, and Ware for as great as he is his flaw is when he's not getting sacks he presses and that fucked us up.

I don't know about that. Texans personnel wise aren't that great either. Sean Lee not as good as Brian Cushing? Demarcus Ware not as good as Mario Williams? Jay Ratliff not as good as Cody? And Daniel Manning is terrible in coverage. He gets lost on some Alan Ball shit but Wade is masking his weaknesses. Personnel wise we are very comparable. Wade is a DC. He was a head coach here. That's where he lost this team. Team didn't respect him as a head coach and he was also the DC. They just lost it with him.
Jonathan Joseph is a beast though. That's what seperates us. But there was a time when Jenkins and Newman were shutting down their side of the field too. I won't rag on Jenkins too hard though. Cat out there doing his best. He's just frail.
