College enrollment is down. Way down. And most people aren’t earning money through their degrees but owe all that debt. May with degrees don’t crack 70k. People on YouTube and other apps are making that. Dude in atlanta started a food channel, then truck, now a restaurant just from social media. Dude that hung my tv’s was fresh out, said he learned on YouTube and signed up for Thumbtack and makes several hundred a day doing odd jobs. He was driving a Benz SUV. If people keep thinking jobs are the only way, cacs will always own them. These white women are walking away from jobs because social media and other outlets make them more money. If I wasn’t close to retirement I wouldn’t work. I’d be doing all that shit and then some. Lastly, they’ve always found ways around hiring quotas or simply barely met them. Own your shit. Semantics. These illegals and others aren’t always in a database. Many times word of mouth is all it takes. From landscaping, construction, etc. My homey started a business during covid and simply drove around neighborhoods canvassing. When he’d get a job he parked his truck out front and people stopped and asked for estimates. He only drives his car on dates now. Even if he goes to pick up a pizza he drives that wrapped truck. People roll up at gas stations, you name it and he never went back to his job when they called. Makes more than his gig paid. No Angi’s list or any of that. Same way Mexicans be in line at McDonald’s covered in paint; you know what they do.

This is absolutely true. While entrepreneurship is an admirable thing and society pushes it, they don’t mention the part about u most likely failing. Even if u do get a business loan thanks to government assistance or banks attempting to help marginalized communities by easing lending procedures; there is still the fact that most businesses don’t make a real profit for almost 2 years. Having a good idea or product is great but there’s many other factors that go into it. Overheard, employees, insurance, taxes etc.

I absolutely know that it has helped White women, Asians, Latinos, and so many others - and the reason for that is that THEY know how to take advantage of the access that we should be taking advantage of - so instead of saying White Women are taking advantage o it - lets GAME the system more and take advantage of it - put it front and center of every politician to ensure the use of Affirmative Action for the Black Community - not the MWBE community but BLACK community -Affirmative Action Has Helped White Women More Than Anyone
