Curious to see if he says anything about Kendrick

There's two entrances for the public one is on Western Blvd across from Central Prison, and the other on Blair Drive off of Centennial Pkwy. Uber and Lyft are dropping ninjas off on Lake Wheeler Rd
a mile away from the entrance. Got a homegirl a BGOL member who works for the Wake County S.O. she's working the concert and getting paid $75 hr. Saw a lot of side hustles out there selling shirts and trying to get subscriptions.
Got to make it up that way one year for the festival. I forgot it was this weekend

Seems like Cole was torn on the simple fact that he know Kendrick is dope and callin his body of work trash and boring didnt sit well with him
Everyone know this "beef" isnt gonna lead to anyone being killed so no need to go all full apology.
If he needed to get that off his chest, he shouldve kept it simple and said "Look yall...lemme say this one thing. As a MC, I respect Kendrick and I was gassin when I said he body of work was trash. Everyone know he got skill. BUT BUT BUT BUT......with that being said.....ON THIS MIC! THAT NIGGA CANT FUCK WITH ME!" .... then jumped straight into 7 minute drill.
That wouldve cleared his conscience and the "beef" is still on.
At the end of the day...this battle was just about who was #1 right now. Cole basically said he'll gladly step out the way and take whatever spot is available at the end of the day.

Cole been shooting lil slugs here and there, Kendrick never really responded to him because he was too focused on getting at Drake.
Even with Like That, he didn't even go at Cole he took aim directly at Drake... Cole was just too close and caught some shrapnel.

I talked to friends about Cole's apology earlier today and I'll say them here too.
But my response comes with a huge "BUT" at the end.
We all have to take it a step back and think of his response and apology on a human level.
A more realistic level and not the level of a rapper level but an actual person level.
In real life, Cole doesn't have a real life situation issue with Kendrick. So for him to spit gun bars, talk about how him and his people were ready to murk Kendrick over a few words in a verse to him was kinda senseless in hindsight.
And after thinking Cole realized that. He respects Kendrick and his work. Probably had a relationship with him in the past but was forced to shit on him and his music for the sake of art. Aka rap beef.
Cole did feed into on a competitive level at first. But then realized that he's not actually mad or has an issue with Kendrick and realized that this whole shit was pointless on his end.
That's what I believed happened.
Now he's the huge "BUT".
