No, he can't get child support but his mother could get retro active child support possibly.

I don't even think that's the issue. The story just seems like bullshit IMO and it's baffling that they're attempting to force him to provide DNA to determine paternity of a grown ass man while appearing to not provide any credible or provable information.
From my understanding they've alleged that he's the father and given a story but haven't provided any proof to back up the mother's account.
I'm not going to front though if it turned out my biological father was someone with that much cash I'd be trying to get a piece of it as well I don't give a damn if I'm 65 lol.
I believe the mother has passed away and also someone else signed the birth certificate initially so I don't think they could get any retro child support even if paternity was established.

Yeah, I was thinking about that aspect and initially thought agreeing to it would open the flood gates for more frivolous paternity suits. But, honestly famous, has lawyers on retainer and he probably gets sued for something regularly. The current case with the 13 year old was somehow much easier to get accepted in a court but this paternity case isn't? Strange. Like I said he only has to give DNA once, it don't change over time so any other potential paternity cases would get dismissed with the quickness. This avoidance makes him look way more guilty when there's a100% foolproof way to shut the shit down.
