If you read the legal response to the lawsuit, he never stated on the record that he didn't know her. In fact, his entire defense is based on a number of things that has nothing to do with actually knowing her or not.

I understand wanting to sue someone that lied on you and defamed your character. Other than just suing them to STFU with the lies. What more is there to gain by suing someone for a financial reward if they have no money? It's just going to put that person in perpetual debt. The kind of unpaid debt that can lead to imprisonment. that's not how it works. if multiple witnesses said they saw you together after claiming you don't know her which is true, that is enough to get a court to make a court order for the defendant to prove otherwise.

that's not how that works because he can't rid of the guy and if you bothered to read the case, you would realize it was thrown out initially because of technicalities, not the merit of the claim. You're just talking out your ass. They have already proven that Jay Z knows the mother for them to pursue the case just like any other case involving paternity. A court can simply request for the potential father to take the test, just like in any other court case. The merit of the case has never been questioned with multiple witnesses.
Basically you're admitting that had he done the DNA test fairly quickly, Snipes wouldn't have had to go through all that.
