Personally it wouldn't be giving in to me. I'd be done with it and not having this shit in tow for 30 years.

About 25 years ago I saw a bitch drag Wesley Snipes through the dirt. Talmbout he her baby daddy. Finally Mr, Snipes, was forced to take a paternity test which proved he is not the father. Ain't no money to be reclaimed from suing broke lying ho ass bitches. For decades. I've been disgusted with the antics of whores lying and talking shit.

With his resources I'm quite sure Jay has had his people look hard at all this shit. He's got enough lawyers and PIs on deck to tell him how to play it. And if he's smart that's just what he's doing.
I have no idea what happens if it turns out the kid is his but I'm sure his people provided him with plenty of ammo to unleash if it's true. til then he's just keeping his powder dry. smart move

Can someone tell me when exactly Jay said he didn't know the chick?

If you read the legal response to the lawsuit, he never stated on the record that he didn't know her. In fact, his entire defense is based on a number of things that has nothing to do with actually knowing her or not.

"Documentation about every legal proceeding is enclosed in Rymir's new Supreme Court motion - which has been seen by DailyMail.com and which outlines how the case began with a pre-trial in Camden County, New Jersey on August 13, 2012.

During the pre-trial, Jay-Z's attorney argued that Lillie - who was acting as Rymir's legal guardian - had 'no jurisdiction' over his case because it was first filed by his mother Wanda in Pennsylvania, and therefore should be heard in the same state.

The rapper's attorneys also insisted that the case should therefore be dismissed outright because Rymir was over 18 years old at the time of the pre-trial and, according to Pennsylvania state law, paternity must be established before a child reached the age of adulthood.

The court, however, disagreed, holding that the case should be tried under New Jersey law, which states that the age of 'parentage' is 23.

Jay-Z's legal team then argued that the rapper should be exempt from undergoing a DNA test in New Jersey because he did not live, or own any property in the state - despite several news articles linking him to homes in Alpine and Newport.

'My client does not have contacts in New Jersey. He doesn't own residences. He doesn't own anything in Alpine. He doesn't own anything in Newport. I don't know why that information is out there. It is on the internet
It is on the internet,' his lawyer told the court. As a result of this argument, the judge dismissed the case."

You're missing my point but we can agree to disagree

I understand wanting to sue someone that lied on you and defamed your character. Other than just suing them to STFU with the lies. What more is there to gain by suing someone for a financial reward if they have no money? It's just going to put that person in perpetual debt. The kind of unpaid debt that can lead to imprisonment. That's not the type of vendictiveness most entertainers want to be attached to on public record.

It's not about losing something.

People who are rich and famous are constantly dealing with bullshit lawsuits and false allegations.

Why would they inconvenience themselves by giving into and responding to any and every demand if they know it's bullshit. That doesn't make sense.

Again the burden of proof is on the accuser in these cases and not the accused.

Especially if he knows without doubt he's never met or slept with this woman.

His mother could possibly have suffered from mental health issues and had a history of making up stories like this about famous people. If that were the case he'd be a damn fool giving these claims any attention.
that's not how it works. if multiple witnesses said they saw you together after claiming you don't know her which is true, that is enough to get a court to make a court order for the defendant to prove otherwise.

That's not how that works. If it was, this discussion wouldn't be taking place because the test would be complete. This guy & his mother let their legal path expire. Now his plan is to shame Jay-Z into taking the test to "go" away. As if he'd just go away if he's proven wrong. I'm sure afterwards he'd just peddle conspiracy theories as to why Jay-Z's paternity test showed them unrelated. His entire identity is tied to being Jay-Z's "Alleged Son". Jay-Z has no obligation to satisfy his curiosity. Get over it & focus on raising Jay-Z's "Alleged Grandchildren".

that's not how that works because he can't rid of the guy and if you bothered to read the case, you would realize it was thrown out initially because of technicalities, not the merit of the claim. You're just talking out your ass. They have already proven that Jay Z knows the mother for them to pursue the case just like any other case involving paternity. A court can simply request for the potential father to take the test, just like in any other court case. The merit of the case has never been questioned with multiple witnesses.

Basically you're admitting that had he done the DNA test fairly quickly, Snipes wouldn't have had to go through all that.
