Zzzzzz actually I would need a poster like vicious to better explain the “ownership” tag that I’m referring to.. it will be a group of cacs or jews that own 80-95 percent of the company than they’ll ask an entertainer if they want to jump aboard on the investment deal and they get 5-20 percent ownership and they can claim “ownership” to the public.. kinda how jay was the “owner” of the barclay center remember that?
Exactly… this is what I’m trying to say..thank you for explaining the exact “ownership” I was trying to tell nigs that can’t comprehend that world of celeb “ownership “I don't think Jay ever really owned that company outright.
I've told this story a hundred times on here. I worked for a wine distributor based out of Oakland, right off edgebrook and hegenberger I think it was, right down the street from where that Walmart used to be.... Oakland heads know exactly where and what I'm talking about...
Anyway, Armand de Brignac was essentially on its death bed facing bankruptcy... and somewhere around that time Cristal got real pissy saying how they didn't like their association with rap music and rappers.... so in a hail Mary, Armand de Brignac offered a stake of their company to Jay-Z.
They rebranded a $30 dollar bottle of champagne into a $200+ dollar bottle of Ace of Spades. It literally is the same exact drink but in a shiny bottle.

What i'm saying is true but i can't back it up with facts blah blah blah
Nigga what did you prove???? It's simple did he own it or not?I mean, if you say so... I'm telling you what I know and what I saw first hand... Jay didn't really get "ownership" of that company until 2014, and even then it was Jay and a group of investors that bought it.
Cristal made their comments in 2006.
Jay called them racist in 2006 and swore off cristal, pulling it from his club and not having it in his videos anymore.
Later in 2006 Jay walking around carrying a briefcase with one bottle of Ace in it in the SHOW ME WHAT YA GOT video.
But since you need proof of what I'm saying, here:
The Real Story Behind Jay Z's Champagne Deal
Earlier this week, media outlets around the world started trumpeting Jay Z's latest boardroom triumph. "Jay Z buys Armand de Brignac champagne brand," blared the BBC. "Jay Z likes $300 champagne. So he buys the company," proclaimed CNN. Problem is, this piece of 'news' isn't actually new.www.forbes.com
At first Armand de Brignac denied Jay-Z's stake in the company by our was later confirmed by Steve Stoute in 2012 that was not true.
Nigga what did you prove???? It's simple did he own it or not?
I know the back story I live on earth.
Everything you dummies post says he owns the company, I see you just like to talk too.
Saying Jay-Z owned Armand de Brignac is like saying he owned the Nets.
But go head fam... you win
