I don't get why folks would put them against each other. There are many rappers since Drake that couldn't see Drake in a Versus too, even if that rapper has a great catalogue. Jay has too many B-Sides on top the hit singles.

And if Jay goes first, what does Drake have for this, and how many times would Drake would play a hit record after that doesn't even compare to tracks like this.



But Jim has made a career of talking out his ass. And the bar for him as rapper was so low we he started that any slight improvement from him was a great improvement for him. And this was during one of the biggest movements in hip hop with Dipset so Jim had a much larger margin for error as an artist.

Yeah those 4 songs were rough

but NOT complete trash

Crazy how they reunited on Amercan Gangster and made a classic.
