Very early but it already puts Harris County 5 percentage points ahead of the 2016 vote total before election day (57.8% vs 52.8%).
1 percentage point = 24,805 voters for Harris County. Every addional point helps Joe Biden as Harris County is Democratic. Using the Beto/Cruz vote percentages from the 2018 senate race, its a net gain of 4100 Democratic votes for each point.
I got to wait for the reported totals from the Texas state site to get a clearer picture.

Romney was DOA because he was the worst candidate to run against the Obama presidency. The main things the GOP wanted to attack Obama on were the economy and healthcare. Romney's running mate really understood the economy. Unless you talked to him for more than five seconds, in which case you'd realize he knew fuck all about it. And it was stupid as hell for Romney to attack the ACA as a terrible plan and a terrible investment when he literally used that same model successfully in his own state.
