I don't think so. Trump was the culmination of 50 years. He'll be like the Lost Cause, they find someway to justify their believes. As Mark Twain said, it's easier to con a man than convince him he's been conned. As bad as it is, if he loses, he's not really going out in shame. It would take a video of him making fun of his base or blowing a Mexican to get his base to leave him. Even then, some will claim it's a fake.
