I actually can see both sides of the argument.
Mal wants respect but doesn t understand that now they are in a business with friends but people (the entire Joe Budden staff) still have to eat even if the friendship is going through problems.
Rory and Joe need to move on and stop letting the petty stuff cause issues.
Joe was on his diva stuff for a moment but apologized and needs to realize what made his show good was not just him by himself but the chemistry he has with his crew.
