How so? High level it seems like they are mainly saying Ford needs to take accountability and I assume within reason shouldn't expect to be protected ie lean on being a woman.
Right or wrong Joe and some of the cast did stand up for her when she was attacked from people outside of the team. I thought of it as I can talk shit to/about my family, but not someone from outside of the family.
If a week or so later you were complaining about working around men who tried to protect you, I'd feel a way too. As far as the complaint, the truth is Ford isn't a good fit. Joe may not like them but woman like Jess Hilarious or Claudia Jordan would be better personality wise for the show. You need a woman who truly is one of the guys, can talk shit, isn't easily hurt/offended and like it or not attractive enough that men will want to tune in. The woman doesn't need to be a pickme, but she has to be able to blend into women and men's world.

I don't think he outright lied. Based on the clip, it's being said that Ford states she never had to ask for an edit before and it's been done. Clearly, there was a discussion before the pod went out. At worse, maybe his exact words weren't do you want me to edit this or it was more of a hint/indirect thing. That said, we've also heard the co-host say they asked for edits, so Joe seemingly would have done it if Ford wouldn't have acted as if she didn't care. Maybe she didn't want to feel like she was wrong/back peddled or could handle herself.
End of the day, Joe's job is to entertain and sometimes it's at his own expense or even safety. Other times it maybe at the expense of his co-host. He's doing good to be open to edit requests or the times he's done it on his own minus the potential lawsuit type of events. How many other places would do the same. Cam aside maybe he didn't think it would blow up like it did either.

if this Cam situation was the first time she behaved this way - ok its a misunderstanding

I cant find the Eddie Griffin lie.... her realizing she had mistaken him for Katt Williams and in the process really slandered his name
and then refuse multiple times to acknowledge or apologize because Eddie went off on her when heard her slandering him - even after everyone in the pod apartment was being nice to her and explaining why and how she was wrong - that was the first time we saw her in that bag and it was nasty
