Joe is / was wilding.... mfkr dropping $$$$ trying to act like he still humble Joe, GTFOH
negros that hit the lotto suddenly do things they said they would never do
Depending on how you view it, I've never seen Joe be humble unless you are strictly talking about being broke. He's always thought highly of himself and I've never heard stories of Joe being giving unless you are counting strippers. Could just be a part of his character, but he talks down to people regularly and usually believes he's the smartest in the room. To be fair, I'm taking this from what we can see and what people like his cohost have said. Maybe in private he is humble.
In general, I don't believe you should listen to people who aren't in position to do what they say they wouldn't. If you are not in position to buy a 100k car, don't tell me you would not. Most people spend on their level or the credit extended to them on average. Most people buy items they don't need and/or there are cheaper quality alternatives. Let's say you wouldn't buy the 100k car, you probably blow money on a luxury watch or some collectors toy. I don't want to hear how you would invest the money or buy property when you aren't doing that at your level. Even for the people who say travel, that is just a different hobby/interests that can be just as wasteful.
I'm not saying don't be financially responsible or people of certain incomes can't give advice. I just believe the people who give advice generally don't follow their own advice. Once they get the money/income where they can spend freely, they aren't focusing on philanthropy, building generational wealth , removing family curses or whatever the newest catch phrase of the season is.
