Story was weakest part?????
I agree with that part...alot of new characters an no back stories to most .
But movie was great...action was A1 ..
Don't want to say to much til others see it ..
But worth the movie definitely

I made the mistake of leaving halfway thru the credits thinking nothing gonna happen ( I found out later there’s something there) so yea To all others stay thru the entire credits
That was my favorite scene of the movie.. Amazingly shot. John Wick never disappoints when it comes to action, cinematography, combat/gunplay. I gave it a 9/10.
I wish I looked this up before leaving the theater......
The sound of those gunshots in IMAX was insane. I looked up that damn Pit Viper too, 7 grand!!!

Crazy who running the theatres post pandemic
Spiderman and Doc Strange saved the theatres...
But Cruise, Keanu and James Cameron saved Hollywood.
These numbers are insane.
And it will be INSANE
I also think people are sleeping on Suoer Mario and Mermaid.
I don't want to hear these theatres crying no more....
Although to be fair some of these movies don't seem to "resonate" they come and go no lasting impressions.
I don't know if that's good in the long term.
People are so quick to want the NEXT thing.

These has been one of the smartest handled franchises in modern times.
That's true. There's so much for everything these days ... content left and right ... wish we had more time to appreciate the quality stuff in the mix.
As for Mission Impossible ... saw the previous one on the big screen. Sat there entertained throughout. Went to work the next day and gave the positive feedback to coworkers ... encouraged them to see it too. Basically said to them it delivered on everything a popcorn movie's supposed to.

I think Cocaine Bear, Smile etc etc is trying to bring that back.
Not just that, it is at the very absolute end of the credits.
Also, for some reason the previews only run for maybe 8 minutes instead of the usual 20 to 25 minutes. I found this out buying tickets to the 5:30 show showing up at 5:45. When I got to the theater it was already playing the movie so I just slipped into the 5:55 show
I'm impatient, so I usually like to go to the movie about 15 to 20 minutes after it actually starts so I can walk right in, one or two more previews and see the movie. Since most previews are 20 to 25 minutes there's usually works for me, I'm just warning you because I didn't work for me Thursday night
One of my homies at work - when we finish shift report we do a quick rundown of latest TV / movies we're checking out, or playoff games and sports news.
It's fun to get their takes on stuff & be able to vouch for stuff ... let each other know what's worth seeing, or avoiding.
Especially with shorter series & seasons - easier to get through stuff.
I went to the late late showing at 11:00pm last night
In my theater, the movie didn't actually start until about 11:25pm
Then that bitch was 3 hours long
Plus having to stay ALL THE WAY to the end, for the end credits scene
I didn't get out until after 2:30am
A mofo was tired as hell driving back to the crib
Honestly I thought a couple of those action scenes dragged on a bit too long
And could've been shortened
Man.....IMAX be obnoxiously loud as hell bruh
Like, lightbright typing in all caps & big font
Just way too loud for no damn reason
I remember when I went to see the Expendables movie
That scene where Terry Crews shot off that huge gun
All you heard was BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM
Bruh my ears were ringing for minutes after that scene
After that, I learned my lesson
