The original cut was 3 hours and 45 minutes. They had to shrink it down from that. Be thankful that was almost 3 hours and not 3:45I went to the late late showing at 11:00pm last night
In my theater, the movie didn't actually start until about 11:25pm
Then that bitch was 3 hours long
Plus having to stay ALL THE WAY to the end, for the end credits scene
I didn't get out until after 2:30am
A mofo was tired as hell driving back to the crib
Honestly I thought a couple of those action scenes dragged on a bit too long
And could've been shortened
Wtf..my girlfriend rushed me outta there an fucked meQuick note:
For those who are about to see the movie...
There is an after credits scene
So don't leave early
I always Google just as the credits are coming up if the movie has a post credits.Wtf..my girlfriend rushed me outta there an fucked me
donnie yen, who is now a free man, is on a crowded street walking towards his daughter with a bouquet of flowers when the Japanese concierge woman who's father died is approaching him thru the crowd and she pulls out a knife. Fade to black
G'eah
"Then all of a sudden, you get it in the end
Like Kane [Caine] from Marlena cousin, I'm a menace"

I always Google just as the credits are coming up if the movie has a post credits.
The sites which are far more wordy than they need to be tell you if there's going to be post credits or not.
Rather than saying yes or no off rip, it's usually a page and a half of bullshit before they tell you. For this they said there's no MID-credits scene, but there is a scene ALL THE WAY at the end of the credits, so sit tight
One way I get through the credits on Marvel movies with post credit scenes as I look for my first name which is relatively popular. I see how many times I can see it in the credits and that makes it fun and entertaining
What theater did you go to? In Durham?I went to the late late showing at 11:00pm last night

Not just that, it is at the very absolute end of the credits.
Also, for some reason the previews only run for maybe 8 minutes instead of the usual 20 to 25 minutes. I found this out buying tickets to the 5:30 show showing up at 5:45. When I got to the theater it was already playing the movie so I just slipped into the 5:55 show
I'm impatient, so I usually like to go to the movie about 15 to 20 minutes after it actually starts so I can walk right in, one or two more previews and see the movie. Since most previews are 20 to 25 minutes there's usually works for me, I'm just warning you because I didn't work for me Thursday night

Cool. I was wondering should I stay but based on the ending I didn't see any point.donnie yen, who is now a free man, is on a crowded street walking towards his daughter with a bouquet of flowers when the Japanese concierge woman who's father died is approaching him thru the crowd and she pulls out a knife. Fade to black
What theater did you go to? In Durham?
OK cool. I saw tickets available for the IMAX in Cary but heard good things bout the AMC Dolby in Durham. I got Monday off so I might go see it again at 1 of these 2 theaters.Yeah I usually go to the one in Durham, at Southpoint Mall
It has the "AMC Dolby" theater screen with the comfy seats
And it also has a big IMAX theater screen as well
I usually buy my tickets from Fandango.com so I can pick the exact seats in advance
The AMC Dolby seats are somewhat similar to these.....

As for the Paragon theater, I'm intrigued now. I thought Alamo was cool but that's even nicer
You gotta do something. It's either do that or be bored as fuck for 15 minutes. This way it's funYooooo.
I thought I was the only one who plays games with the end credit names.
I look for my name and the name of friends.
I notice over the years that certain names are dying out. No one is named Charles anymore.

I have some thoughts re the ending. Waiting a while before sharing so I don't spoil it for folks.I saw it in EMAX at an Emagine theater and the movie was Dope. To people saying the story was the weakest part, none of the movies after part 1 had strong stories. 2 to 4 is just one continuous long story. The ending was suprising. Did not see that coming. Action was Dope and Don Yen is always Gold on screen. 9 out of 10 for me.
Yo, what a nice ass action flick. Caine might be my favorite assassin. That mf was lethal. Maybe he should've been in JW3 instead of the iron chef.
Also shoutout to Alamo for having that in the Big Show theater. They ratchet up the surround sound quiet nicely.
Sidenote: Put JW in a fast and furious spinoff, so he can finish the series off permanently. Have Dom steal JWs classic muscle car...

I agree. Movie was phenomenal.Just got back from seeing it…in IMAX( those fuckers but that Bass in the gunshots ) Excellent movie the BEST out of the 4.( my opinion) the fight scenes the gun battles, the camera work , the contrast of colors.. shits like work of art.
Good lookin. I figured they had to do something with the daughter.donnie yen, who is now a free man, is on a crowded street walking towards his daughter with a bouquet of flowers when the Japanese concierge woman who's father died is approaching him thru the crowd and she pulls out a knife.
