Really interesting to see how things have played out for all of them in recent years. Just looking at Wikipedia now ...
Valentina is 1 - 1 - 1 versus Grasso
Usman has 3 straight losses ... 2 to Edwards, and 1 to Chimaev
Jones has always been dominant, but last competed in March 2023, and took 3+ years off before that
Stipe got flatlined by Francis 3.5 years ago, is now 42yo, and went 2-1 vs Cormier in their trilogy
Khabib is retired, and right up there amongst the GOAT / P4P discussion with Jones, GSP, Fedor, and Mighty Mouse
Volkanovski has 3 big wins over Holloway, but 3 losses (2 to Makhachev and 1 to Topuria)
Cejudo has been off & on regarding plans to retire
Amanda Nunes is probably the female GOAT ... she'd only return if they paid her properly to face Harrison in the future. She doesn't need to though ... she has cemented her place. Especially with her dominant title fight wins.
Zhang Weili is fully back on track. The only losses in her career are the 2 setbacks to Rose when she was at her best, and in her debut pro fight which was to someone else none of us have heard of which was 11 years ago. Otherwise it's been all wins in her career -

Israel had a 20 and 0 record, but all 4 of his losses have been since 2021. The age and wear and tear have been starting to show, especially due to his decorated kickboxing career. His professional kickboxing / muay thai record on Wiki notes he was 75-5!
