First, people need to be taught the truth about the constitution.
It was written by rich white men for rich white men who had come here because they didn't have enough land in europe for their tastes. Second, the majority of it was written as a concession to the slave states.
But the overarching truth is that no document or system of government that assumes THAT MEN WILL BEHAVE HONORABLY is going to work well.

Those places are not the USA. It's a slippery slope because it comes down to who rewrites the Constitution and what rights are added and/or subtracted. In this extreme climate a total rewrite to me would do more harm, than good. Keep in mind republicans controlled most of the state legislative branches.
