How is Sha'Carri on the red carpet at the ESPYs? That's usually reserved for star athletes and famous celebs. I was told her life was ruined now that she won't be in the 2021 Olympics. She hit the blunt and fucked her life up they said. :yawn:

People who lack impulse control are the worst MF's to be around. She got to the biggest stage in her life only to throw it away at the doorstep. It really makes me wonder who was around her. All this bend the rules for her support, negates the fact that there are hundreds of other atheletes who are going through stuff in their personal lives aswell. We are in a pandemic I doubt she is the only one who has lost a family member. Let's take it a step further, where is her regard for the millions of little black girls that look up to her??? We gotta lead by example.

Shes not a bad looking chic at all. I don't have a problem with the nails so much. The Big Assed Dumbo Eyelashes kill me. That shit detracts from their look so much until it isn't funny. Some chics over accessorize to the point that they look like Drag Queens.

that is actually the point.

i can't remember who helped me understand what is going on with women's looks but they said that drag queen culture is driving the look of make up and accessories for women. and that includes all this plastic shit that is going on.

women are literally making themselves look like drag queens and on top of that alot of make up counters have alternative lifestyle people working there which makes it worse. women are being dressed and made up by drag queens.

I can't remember who it was either, but I do remember that conversation in a thread and I thought he was off his rocker at the time. As time went on and plastique became the order of the day, I had to admit to myself that he was onto some shit.

The eyelashes went out of control, the weaves down below their ass, not to mention all the damn Kool-Aid colors, and hips wider than their shoulders seemed to skyrocket. The more I noticed the trend, the more crow I had to eat.

I don't know if it was me but it is something I have said on this board many a times.
Women are just looking at each other trying impress each other and men are just inconveniently in the way. It doesn't help that men aren't shunning this look because they're too busy trying to hit. Which doesn't discourage the masses of women from looking like they're looking today.

Not unusual...before that women of color applied make up like white women.

And white women applied make up to imitate women of color...red on the cheeks and lips for color in the face high light the cheekbone and full lips...attributes black women already had..

Soo black women were imitating white women who imitating black women..

I think it was back before Serena, but there were a couple tennis chicks who sucked at the game but were popular for their looks.

This reminds of that. She is popular although she hasn't met the goal to be popular.
