Hasn't it been know for a long time now that BLM was a scam? I remember when it first started that real people in the streets said don't mess with them. I remember the brother Darren Seals was totally against them, then he ended up getting killed. Kanye and Candace acting like they exposing something people didn't know.

Can't speak to the organization itself (which clearly has problems) but the campaign has been the defacto single most effective organizing principle around black activism of the last couple of decades or more imo. The concept was straight forward and undeniably built a powerful grass roots movement demanding change. So much so that it's entered the zeitgeist. Folks want to be dismissive but that's par for the course in activist efforts. I'm very grateful for this movement along with the movement to reconcile America to one of it's original sins in demanding reparations.
And I'm beyond disgusted with Kanye as usual smh... this nigga is even rocking the Insurrectionist CAC look now, sick fuck

The Virgil stuff was kinda well known in the proper circles but you know respect for the dead
but recently Ye got called out by really close friends etc for opening his mouth
and they (threatened to) exposed a lot and the Puff tweets aint help matters.
