I never understood this argument. Kev is from Philly and made his mark on the NY scene with Patrice, Rich Vos, Norton, Bill Burr, etc. They've all told stories about early Kevin Hart. You can get discovered in NY and then move to LA.

He also said he gave Ced a pass but the fact is he seemingly came out the blue and said Ced stole the joke from him. That's why Ced "lied" in the interview. Some of Katt's timelines are mixed up and he is not as innocent as he portrays. With that being said, I now believe Ced did steal the joke when initially I was thinking here go hating ass Katt again.
Conflicted on dude. Have heard a few people mention how cool he is and how he helped them with money etc. I know he adopted a bunch of kids so I know there is a real good side to him. But the man seems to have a lot of beefs with people who are doing well. He gave a Ced a pass but the minute Ced has a successful sitcom he reveals Ced stole his joke. I still don't see what Kevin Hart ever did to him and as far as I can tell he started that shit. Have heard rumors about Steve from others and I understand why he hates him but what did Earthquake do to him? Lots of people was catching strays. Too many for me to say he is innocent.
There was definitely a lot of truth in that interview (haven't seen all of it) but some of that stuff wasn't adding up. He is a very compelling dude though and this is coming from somebody who is not the biggest fan of his comedy. He is funny no doubt but I don't put him up there to the heights that I have seen others do.
