I am going to be honest, on my first listen that Teddy P intro threw me off...... then it switched and I was listening but only half-heartedly because the beat didn't initially "catch me."
I was expecting another hit song with a catchy hook or something.....
Then I stopped my dinner prep and listened again, then again and again!
Mayne it's like a blooming onion, just peeling layers back....catching new double entendres on each listen....
I wanted the H bomb. A Metro beat and 5 minutes of Kendrick just unleashing venom.....
I didn't get what I wanted, but what I needed.
